Escape the demands of daily life - welcome to Crimson Pine PA! A thoughtfully designed cabin for couples or a small family, situated on 6+ tranquil acres in the mountains of historic Bedford County. It's the perfect retreat to relax and recharge!

The living room is the heart of the cabin with ample comfortable seating. We offer free hi-speed satellite WiFi for streaming multiple devices. For indoor entertainment, there are two Roku TVs, a classic arcade game console, several board games, plus books and magazines.

Each bedroom features a king bed providing guests with superb comfort for a restful night.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing delicious meals. Including a Keurig Duo Hot & Iced Single Serve & Carafe coffee maker with a sampling of coffees, teas, sweeteners, and creamers. We also provide a GreenPan multi grill & griddle with waffle plates, a small crockpot, stemware & tumblers, and an outside gas grill.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors, stepping outside to enjoy nature on the wrap-around deck, or getting cozy by the fire pit (some firewood is provided), the serenity invites you to unwind and recharge.

If you are looking to explore, Crimson Pine is just two miles off Lincoln Highway and conveniently located to the historic towns of Schellsburg, Bedford, and Somerset, as well as the Flight 93 Memorial, and attractions such as multiple ski resorts, golf courses, ATV parks & trails, state parks & game lands, wineries, breweries, and covered bridges.

** We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies and paper products.

*** Note the property is accessed from a mountain road, which varies in grade, material makeup, and condition. Vehicles with low ground clearance are not recommended. AWD or 4WD IS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS.

**** Per insurance policy, the pellet stove is not for guest use.

***** Safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located above the detached garage facing toward the driveway and front steps. Camera 2 is located on the rear of the cabin over the side door facing towards the deck steps and driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces, but record outside video and sound when motion is detected. Do not cover or tamper with the cameras or satellite and its accessories.

****** Due to rural location, you might encounter various forms of wildlife such as deer, coyotes, bears, raccoons, snakes and porcupines, among others. Additionally, there is the potential to see mice, spiders, ants, and a variety of other insects, which on occasion could include inside the cabin. As part of the natural forest environment, this is to be expected, and refunds will not be provided for such encounters. It is professionally treated quarterly, and as needed, for insect and rodent control.
