This lovely residence features three well-appointed bedrooms, a dedicated office space, and 1.5 bathrooms, offering ample room for families, groups, or business travelers alike.

Step into the living room, where you’ll find a plush and cozy sofa perfect for lounging after a busy day. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large 55" TV, which comes equipped with popular streaming services including Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, making entertainment easily accessible for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare anything from a quick morning coffee to a gourmet dinner. It includes all the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils you might need, so you can enjoy meals just like at home.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed that promises restful nights. For your entertainment, a 50" TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube is also provided, allowing you to unwind with your favorite content. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful space. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a 40" Roku TV, perfect for kids or additional guests who desire their own sleeping area and entertainment options.

The office space is thoughtfully set up to meet your work-from-home needs or study requirements, equipped with a spacious desk and an ergonomic chair. For added flexibility, the office also features a sofa bed, providing an extra sleeping space.

For additional convenience, we have high-speed WiFi throughout the home to keep you connected, and driveway parking with space for three to four vehicles — including an EV charger Level 2 — ensuring hassle-free arrivals and departures.

- There is a tenant in the ADU located at the back of the property. There are no shared spaces between the main house and the ADU.
- Backyard is not accessible to guests.
