The open-concept main level features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a large island, and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for everything from big family meals to easy breakfasts before heading out. There are two large dining tables for added convenience. Just beyond, the spacious living room invites you to unwind with plush furnishings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, oversized windows, and a large Smart TV framing those Smoky Mountain views.

Head downstairs for nonstop fun and relaxation. The lower level is packed with entertainment, including a full game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, virtual pinball with hundreds of games, virtual golf, board games, and a massive 75” TV with surround sound. Movie night is next level in the private home theater, complete with comfortable leather seating and another large Smart TV.

The highlight for many guests is your private indoor heated pool, designed for year-round enjoyment.

Step outside to multiple covered porch areas with rocking chairs, dining spaces, and a hot tub—ideal for morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the mountains. Wildlife sightings are common, adding to the peaceful mountain setting.

* Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/decks.

*There is also a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
