Game Changer has it all: Indoor Heated Pool, Virtual Gaming Center, Putt Putt golf course, outdoor living area, home theater room with 9 foot theater screen and tiered theater seating. If this cabin is available we suggest you book it as it won't stay open for long. 2 King suites and one kids bunk room with triple queen bunk (sleeps 6 kids) - all bedrooms have private full bath. Full kitchen and dining area for in cabin meals. Thanks for looking and we look forward to hosting you during your stay.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Game Changer November 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great overall. Big enough to fit 8 of us with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Lots of activities for the kids to do. They really enjoyed the personal tvs in each bunk. We were disappointed to arrive on Saturday and find out the tv above the outdoor fireplace was missing and the fireplace itself didn’t work. Customer service was helpful and explained a new tv had been ordered and was ready to be installed. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t installed until Monday, 1 day before we were leaving. It would have been helpful to have known ahead of time about the tv. Maintenance reported fixing the fireplace but we still needed to light it with a lighter that we brought. We had an issue with the golf simulator that we had to work with the owner about and also didn’t get resolved during our stay. Overall the cabin was nice, could use some updating with outdoor cushions and the games provided (many were broken or missing lots of pieces).

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is tough to rate. On one hand, the cabin is impressive, but on the other, they are completely lying about the golf simulator. The simulator they are using is the cheapest one possible, which is pointless to have or use. If you just want the simulator to mess around and you don't actually golf, then it's fine. But we picked this cabin solely because of the simulator. It shows a man hitting left-handed in the picture, well, that is impossible with the simulator that they have. If you are a golfer, it is the equivalent of showing a very nice pool and then showing up to a plastic kiddie pool. Then Elk Springs Resort couldn't care less. They did nothing to remedy the issues. There was also a water leak, and the dishwasher didn't drain occasionally. We won't be back.

Great Cabin for a Getaway!

We were in very close proximity to the Island, the Parkway and several mountain coaster locations!

I selected with cabin for the golf simulator, with didn't work and didn't get fixed. Propane with out on the firepit, and the hot tub cover bumped the control panel if windy and kept changing the temperature, some part of the time it was too cold to use.

Very bad experience check in was 3 pm they was still there cleaning the cabin at 5 pm nothing that was supposed to work like the projector did not work the place had nothing no blankets no extra pillows nothing and it was dirty worse experience I’ve ever had . I let them know but the only thing I got from them was sorry.

Spent an hour picking up our kids jaws off the floor!

Surroundings were very nice despite not being super high up and the location was in perfect proximity to pigeon forge and only 25-35 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The pool, was nice although you couldn’t change the temp of the room or open the doors to the outside to get fresh air in thanks to pool alarms. Only complaint is that the cleaning crew could have done a way better job- the excessive amount cobwebs everywhere (that didn’t happen overnight, the furniture outside was kind of gross, and the interior floors left blackness on your feet if you walked barefoot. Also, my wife ran a bedroom sink one time to wash her hands and the water just never went down. No biggie though. Everything else was great. We even got our first bear sighting on the property. Makes for an adrenaline rush when you’re trying to pack the car up.

Not a good experience!!! Will not be a repeat customer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the Game Changer for 6 nights at Elk Springs Resort. Huge cabin and mainly rented it for the golf simulator for my son. It was not working upon arrival. Immediately brought it to their attention, and after 6 nights, it was never fixed, so my son did not get to use it. Aside from that, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the putt putt area could not be used due to all of the sticks and debris on the course, the outdoor furniture was filthy and disgusting with no attempt being made to clean it for months. The theater room is a joke with three bar stools to sit on. Who wants to watch a movie sitting on bar stools. The pool area floor is extremely slick and you can’t walk on it with wet feet without slipping and falling. Overall, it was not a good experience and after paying $4,200 for 6 nights, they only gave me a $194 refund given that one of the main features of the cabin could not be used.

Lot of dust upstairs along with spider webs in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Main floor deck seats were dirty with pollen on all covers. The covers should be cleaned before each use especially with the pollen. Gas log fire place would not light on the main floor living room. The gas logs outside on main floor deck smelt of gas when turned on.

A disappointing weekend

Reviewer Comments: As someone who rents vacation rentals several times a year, I have to say I was very unhappy with this one. This rental weekend was to celebrate a birthday for our daughter who just made the school golf team. They advertised check in at 3, after receiving several queries that morning about what time we would be arriving, we confirmed we wouldn't be there until 5. We arrived at 5 and didn't receive our door code until 6:35. This interrupted our plans. When we arrived, there was maintenance working on the pool. The hot tub didn't allow you to set it above 99 degrees and there were no jets of water like pictured. We couldn't locate a code for the golf simulator to get it to work and after an hour going back and forth with property management they said they would have someone come out two hours later to look at it (which would have been in the evening the night before we checked out) and too late to enjoy it. The cabin is beautiful but the beds are hard, especially the bunk beds. The game room appears on the pictures to be inside but it isn't, helpful to know if you're booking it in cold weather. We weren't up there to experience the area, we just wanted a nice weekend in the cabin with all its amenities. It just didn't deliver the experience we expected, especially for the price.

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the cabin with 4 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13). The cabin was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The kids found plenty to stay busy and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The outdoor space was amazing where we enjoyed making s’mores and relaxing in the hot tub between games of golf and connect 4. The location was convenient with a reasonable drive into Pigeon Forge. My only complaints would be the proximity of the neighbors (which is probably pretty standard) and that the kids room is located right at the front door (a personal safety concern). Overall great place and great stay!

A true Game Changer

From making s'mores to relaxing in the hot tub to a pretty competitive putt-putt tournament we had a blast! The indoor pool was a big hit too. The indoor space is great too, the decorations of the Smokies are a great touch. I would recommend Game Changer to anyone. I'm sure we will stay again.

Check in time is only a suggestion

Cabin had everything we expected. Pictures online do make it look bigger than it is but everything promised was there. Check in was a terrible start to our trip. We told them 3:00 pm. They sent text and said cabin wouldn’t be clean until 5:30. It was 7:30. We had 3 small Children, traveled from Ohio and illinois and couldn’t get into our cabin until 4.5 hours after original check in time. Was told on phone that 3:00 pm is just a suggestion on when it can be ready. Overall a good place to stay.

June Stay

The golf simulator did not have a tee for the ball so we could not play it. The outdoor chairs had very dirty cushions. When we needed the trash removed, the company was very responsive and showed up immediately. The house was nice but the third bedroom was extremely small with the three bunk beds. There was no room for any type of luggage in the room. The house was very clean when we arrived. Overall a good experience but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Beautiful Property Needs Some Extra Attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful & close to attractions. Not spotless, some cobwebs inside, but otherwise very nice. Decks & furniture needed hosed down (full of webs & bugs) Cushions on furniture were filthy, with leaves under them, some missing, one was tossed into the woods. I had to sweep and wipe furniture down to enjoy! Would need reassurance from resort about this before booking again. Also webs filled with “sawdust” on decks, indicating termites? Only game on computer for big screen was golf. No others as indicated. Fireplaces did not work, but problem was resolved promptly, except for the table fire pit, that never worked. I rated it as a “yes” for rebooking, but ONLY with reassurances from the resort that everything was working and in order BEFORE booking. No one wants to pay thousands of dollars and then spend vacation time on the phone to deal with problems that should have been corrected BEFORE our arrival! Now THAT would have been an awesome experience!

Major disappointment

I selected this property because it had a pool and a golf simulator. The pool, was very small but worked to keep two kids under 7 amused for the 4 days we were there. Unfortunately, the golf simulator had no instructions and when I reached out to the property manager they were unhelpful. They directed me to contact the owner of the property- but never provided the contact info. They said they would dispatch someone to come take a look, but never did. When I followed up they said that there was nothing they could do and for me to contact the property owner. I reached out, but never heard back. Really disappointing considering the cost of this house. Overall the interior of the house was clean. However, it’s been poorly maintained. There are many things that are broken. All the technology in the house needs to be refreshed. Each room had 4-7 remotes, most without batteries. The bunk room large TV would not power on. The TV’s on the bunks had to share a remote- which meant changing volume and channels was precocious. The tv in the main room had challenges. I ultimately was able to get the cable to work on this one, but nothing else. The TV on the deck would randomly come on- assuming when the TV inside was powered on. The fireplace timer on the deck did not work- so you had to manually turn it off. The outdoor sofa was poorly maintained. Cushions were stained and the sections of the couch were not connected. The kitchen was poorly appointed for cooking supplies. Zero baking sheets were available, there were not enough pots to cook a simple meal for a family of 4. The dishwasher bottom rack had a wheel missing, making it impossible to move when any dishes were in the bottom. I would not stay here again. I will likely never use VRBO again as they were unable or unwilling to help me resolve the issues. I will most definitely not rent from Elk Springs Resorts - who were unhelpful, misleading, and left me with false timelines for resolution.

Not As Advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed as this cabin did not hold true to what was advertised. Upon arrival cabin was not clean. Blood and brown stained sheets, debris on floors, no laundry starter packet as advertised, burnt on food were left on pans, hair strans in the shower. We were told they would send housekeeping back out but no one showed. There was a large pothole which made it difficult to access the driveway. We nearly slid off the driveway as Elk Springs did not prep the driveway/roads for the impending winter weather We received during our stay. We also requested maintenance fill with gravel,reported water leaking from the ceiling near the kitchen and media room, also requested a trash pickup, sadly, no one showed/request was left unfulfilled. In their defense, they finally did send someone out to salt the entryway of the driveway and linen drop off.I would not recommend this cabin. Lacked quality control and pride in the Elk Springs Resort name.
