This apartment is approximately 428SF in size. There flooring is hardwood-style vinyl plank flooring. There is no carpeting. There is one window that opens and another floor to ceiling window that offers great natural light. There is also a private balcony!



There is a desk for a workspace and a comfortable couch for some relaxation.
