132 - Three Bear Lodge - Big Bear Getaway
Located in Big Bearâs most prestigious neighborhood, Castle Glen, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath mountain retreat is perfect for a large family gathering, hosting a girls/guys getaway, or a work retreat.
This home accommodates a maximum of 16 guests.
Guests will be greeted with cathedral-style windows and vaulted wood-beamed ceilings showcasing panoramic views of Big Bear.
The home is cozy yet spacious with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities â offering the perfect mix of relaxation and recreation.
The living room is ideal for lounging after a long day at the lake or mountains with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a wood-burning stone fireplace, a poker table, and an arcade game. There is also access to the expansive back deck.
Preparing meals for a larger group will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen â including two ovens. In warmer months, fire up the propane grill and enjoy dining al fresco.
The game room will keep your guests entertained for hours with shuffleboard, ping pong, a piano, a gas fireplace, a mini fridge, and a 4 TV set up - great for keeping up on the scores of all the big games.
Ready to unwind after an adventure-filled day? Take a soak in the large covered hot tub.
When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 5 comfortable bedrooms:

Two full beds with attached full bathroom and access to the back lower deck

Queen bed with flatscreen TV and DVD player, attached full bathroom, access to the back lower deck

Primary ensuite with Queen bed, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and his and her sinks. The spacious bedroom has a wood fireplace, couch, and views of the entire valley.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a small lounge room with a full sleeper sofa with an attached 1/2 bathroom, two large driveways, and a two-car garage with Tesla charger !
Guests will also love the homeâs numerous outdoor areas. Kids will delight in the children's play area, and adults will appreciate the fenced backyard. The home has a back deck and patio all with outdoor seating â perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee before hitting the slopes or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.
**The upper deck facing the ski slopes is currently unavailable for guest use. For safety reasons, access to this area has been secured and locked off. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.**

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for 5 vehicles maximum at any given time. Street parking is prohibited per City of Big Bear Lake Code.

Special Information Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 16. No Over Occupancy.)
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. â 7:00 a.m.
Not Pet Friendly
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
