Failure to wear wristbands may result in a $100 violation fee.
Lost wristbands incur a $20 replacement fee per wristband.

8+ days: $30/day + tax

3 hours: $20 + tax, then $8 + tax per additional hour

30-day stay: $650 + tax

Resort Fee (mandatory)

Covers access to pools, beach areas, and resort amenities:

1–14 days: $40/day + tax

15–29 days: $35/day + tax

30+ days: $30/day + tax

Package Delivery Fees

Deliveries 8 AM–4 PM: $5.50 per package

After-hours deliveries: $27.50 per package

Pet Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)

Service animals must be registered in advance, and all required documentation must be submitted at the time of booking for approval.

Approved service animals incur an additional $100 fee

This is added to the standard security deposit, totaling $350

Fees are collected by the hotel at check-in

Failure to comply may result in penalties or cancellation without refund.

House rules & penalties

The building strictly enforces the following rules:

Throwing items from balconies: $750 penalty

Exceeding occupancy or hosting parties: $500 penalty and removal from property

Pulling fire alarms, damaging doors or hallways: $500 penalty

Smoking inside the unit: $250 penalty

Local authorities may be involved when applicable.
