The studio features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, ideal for children. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, mini-refrigerator, utensils, and dishes. The bathroom, with a beautiful view, has hot water with a bathtub, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, along with a hairdryer and, of course, bath towels. The closet provides ample space for storing clothes with plenty of hangers, as well as a safe for personal belongings. The studio includes Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

The studio is located on the 31st floor of the Brickell Arch building, at 1395 Brickell Avenue. It's the same building as the AKA Hotel, boasting an incredible leisure infrastructure!

To reach the apartment, take the elevators directly to the 25th floor, where the hotel lobby with beautiful spaces and a restaurant is located. On this floor, transfer to the elevators that go up to the 31st floor.

If you arrive by car, you can leave it for a few minutes at the valet entrance for you to go up and retrieve the parking card from the locker box at the door. Access to the parking garage is available from both 13th and 14th streets. Once inside, you must park the car in any space starting from the 6th floor.

Na esquina do edifício há uma estacão da CityBike! Você pode alugar as bicicletas para se locomover pela cidade através do app de mesmo nome. Faça seu cadastro e selecione a melhor opção para você. Dependendo da quantidade de dias da sua estadia, recomendo que você adquira o plano mensal, que te dá direito a passeios ilimitados de até 1 hora.

Há também uma estação do Metrorail próxima ao edifício. Esse transporte faz conexão com o aeroporto, por exemplo (linha laranja).

Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Subject to fines.

Please note that the apartment is not part of the AKA hotel system. The unit is located in the same building as the hotel and it is possible to use the building's entire infrastructure, however hotel services such as breakfast and room service are not included in the stay.

Please note: it is not possible to change the departure date during your stay. The total amount of the stay will be charged as normal.
