Kihei Bay Vista est juste en face du sanctuaire des baleines et d'une très longue plage. Le Kihei Bay Vista est situé au centre des magasins, des restaurants, des activités et est à une courte distance en voiture des terrains de golf de championnat de Wailea et Makena. Le terrain comprend des plantes et des paysages tropicaux bien entretenus, ainsi qu'une piscine fermée relaxante et un spa. Ce complexe calme offre une grande valeur à ceux qui souhaitent passer du temps à explorer l'île ou à ceux qui aiment simplement se détendre au soleil.

Maui Rentals did their best to accommodate all of my requests. I appreciated that greatly. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I needed a few things taken of, and they worked hard to get everything attended to in a timely fashion. Mahalo to Maui Rentals.

Great stay!

Nice location, great view, responsive host, clean accommodations. Thank you! I appreciated the extra towels and available beach equipment. Only negative was that the A/C units were incredibly loud, both in the bedroom and the living room.

Great place just outside the hustle and bustle

I was a little nervous booking last minute as I didn't have a lot of time to research the place and area like I usually do. But we were going to meet our Grandson who was just born the day before, so that was how we had to do it. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The place and property were very clean. The area was very nice. We could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy either spending the day there or going for a sunset walk. The only downside to the location is if you're hoping to walk to shopping or restaurants, but we didn't need that. And we were 5 minutes away from where our family lives there. I would definitely stay again on a another trip. The only improvement I would hope for is a quieter AC unit in the bedroom, but even as is, it worked fine and did the job.The pool and hot tub were a great way to end off the day and the view was perfect.

first trip to maui

this was both my boyfriend and my first time visiting maui and i feel like i just choose the perfect place to stay. it was nice and quiet not too many people but the neighbors we did meet were just amazing. they had the best stories and recommendations. we had an amazing trip and were able to hit every spot we wanted to with the location being in a central spot as well. we will definitely stay at this location again our next trip.

Nice location. Close enough to amenities but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Nice amenities and well stocked. Only issue was the portable AC in the bedroom and the old window mount AC in the living room that provided little relief.

We stayed in several different locations in Hawaii in the past. This one was the best so far. It is clean, has everything you need for your vacation (towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc.) and is conveniently located.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was very clean, and comfortable. Having breakfast every morning on the lanai with a view of the ocean was the best. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect getaway vacation .

Convenient spot to so much

Our stay here was so much more than we expected. We were able to cross the street to the whale museum where we could stand on their porch to watch the sunset; walk on the beach right across the street; walk into towns either way even avoiding the main strip of N./S. Kehei Street; and there was a clean pool and hot tub for our use always. The room was large with cozy bedroom, good sized bathroom, very accessible kitchen and large living room off of which was a sweet porch to watch the ocean. The only drawback was upon arrival there was a flood right next door to us, and our last day as well there was a flood through the parking lot. It's natural, perhaps unavoidable considering the placement of the property, but we lived through the experience unscathed. The property managers kept us all safe, and absolutely knew what they were doing. It can happen anywhere. We loved this place and recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the unit is very clean and recently updated. It has ocean view and the pool is very close to it. The grounds of the complex are very well kept and it really gives you a tropical feeling. I will go back again. However, there are some cons to the resort; extremely small parking stalls, it doesn't have good signage and it's difficult to find the place, and not within walking distance to stores or restaurants.

Affordable and clean condo

Especially for the price, it was worth it. The room was clean, easy to access and met all of our needs. The location of the condo was not the ideal location that I would like to be in, but it was at least close by. The view from the patio was great. The pool was very small for the resort, and can get very full very fast.

Great condo

Very clean and comfortable. Updated nicely. Fully equipped kitchen. Across the street froma nice beach with sea turtles every night at sunset. Highly recommend this condo and Kehei. You'll save a ton on money with your own condo, plus it's just minutes for numerous shops and dining.
