The Space:

The living space is filled with an inviting chaise lounge where you can put your feet up after a day at the beach and stream all your favorites on the Smart TV.



Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen that comes fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could need. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals, great dining and micro brews, and a vibrant nightlife scene, you’ll feel right at home with everything you need all close by. You’ll be just a 10 minute walk from trendy shops, breweries, restaurants and bars along the bustling Newport Avenue, a 7 minute walk to the beach and an easy 13 minute stroll to the beautiful pier and so you can leave your car parked and walk everywhere.



Stock up on fresh produce at the Farmers market held every Wednesday or try to catch your own lunch with free fishing right off the pier.
