Welcome to Sunset Landing 12 — a bright and comfortable bayside retreat offering two balconies, charming water views, and a fantastic location just steps from everything Ocean City has to offer. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits between the beach and the bay, making it easy to enjoy sunrise strolls on the sand or sunset evenings overlooking the waterway from your balcony swing.



The open living area features a sectional sleeper sofa, a Smart TV with cable, and sliding doors that open to the furnished balcony — a perfect space for gathering, dining, or relaxing after a day on the beach. The full kitchen includes everything you need for easy meals, and the dining area seats four.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, workspace, and private balcony access. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk and its own TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. Both full bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations. A washer and dryer inside the unit add convenience during longer stays.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel right at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ We rent to families and groups 25 years of age or older.



How do I access the property?

✹ This home uses an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or that violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
