Conçu avec une attention particulière, l'appartement dispose de tous les conforts modernes dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable, tels que le wifi, la TV satellite, la climatisation dans tout le logement, la Smart TV, une grande variété de jeux et de livres. De plus, vous pourrez profiter des deux piscines communautaires, l'une d'entre elles de grandes dimensions et l'autre spécialement conçue pour les plus petits, où seuls les clients résidents du complexe ont accès. La chambre double offre une vue sur la mer et la chambre individuelle est équipée d'un lit gigogne adaptable pour deux personnes ou une personne, ainsi qu'un bureau et une étagère à livres. La spacieuse salle de bain, située entre les deux chambres, dispose d'une douche spéciale pour les massages pour les moments les plus relaxants.

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen for cooking as well. The rooftop was perfect! We would love to come back!

Super apartment, recently updated and well equipped. Some good Restraunt’s and bars close by near the marina. Just outside the apartment building is a taxi rank and Bus stops so if you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around.

Fabulous Stay, Location & Condo

Our family loved the Blue Sea and especially this condo. The location was ideal with restaurants and shops convenient by foot. The pool was fun for our 8 yo. Of course it was ideal to have the beach so accessible. The condo itself has had a beautiful renovation. The views of Alcudia on the rooftop were amazing and especially enjoyable at night. It was a lovely touch to be greeted with a bottle of local wine in the refrig and plenty of coffee beans in stock for the cute coffee maker. The owner and the leasing company were very responsive and accessible. We appreciated the help very much! Great stay.

Breathtaking views

Absolutely stunning location with the most dreamlike views! I mean the view will be stuck in my head for a while now. I was spending hours seating on balcony and enjoying this breathtaking view. I would be back there in to this apartment for that view. Spotless apartment, fully equipped, clean, newly renovated. Property is in the busy, quiet central location, but was quiet, no noise from outside. Maybe only some noise from the pool downstairs at the day time but that’s not a bother at all. Beach downstairs is amazing, with white sands, still clean sea. Perfect calming experience. Staff was also very helpful and accommodating when needed. I definitely recommend this property. Roof could do with some umbrella protection and better lighting for a night

Great place, great views, very comfortable. They had all the furniture and equipment for a comfortable stay, directly in front of a nice beach with a great terrace/upper balcony to sit with friends and have fun. We had many morning cups of coffee from the machine sitting on the terrace and looking at the beach and the sailing boats. We also had fun going to the pool and beach directly in front, going to the center of Alcudia and further. You have many supermarkets directly there, places to rent bicycles, taxis and bus stop, restaurants and bars. It was one of the best vacations I ever had, and I thank the staff as well for being very friendly and being very helpful.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and well kept. All dishes, pot and pans were in excellent condition, and of good quality for cooking. There was also a small washing machine which was very handy that wasn't noted in the listing. There is a stove / microwave that was confusing to use. Perhaps it might be a good idea to leave the instructions for its use. Other than that we were very pleased with the accommodations.

The apartment is simply excellent. It was exceptionally clean (this should be really underlined!) and very well equipped. The welcome pack was also a nice surprise. The views are fantastic, both from the balcony and from the master bedroom. The apartment is close to everywhere (beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop), but still quiet enough to have a good night’s . The lift was a blessing when moving in an out. Parking on premises was difficult at times for larger cars, but with our small rental car we always managed to find a spot (in May). A quick fix would be to put a mosquito net/mosquitiere in the small bathroom window. This will allow tenants to keep the window open at night, preventing mosquitoes from flying in, limiting the need for airco and also helping address the issues of no ventilation and of the bad drainage smell that was persistent in the morning (which is probably related to the building’s piping, not the apartment itself). But even with this, the apartment fully deserves a top rating.

Really nice house, with beautiful garden

We stayed here with a familie of 8 and 2 kids. When we arrived and entered the front gate it felt like we entered a almost royal entrance. The garden is so big and beautiful, and the house and swimming erea as well. Everything was clean , nice beds and 3 new renovated bathrooms with good shower. For the kids there is a nice playground . And there is a very nice bbq erea ass well, and when it gets a little colder you van eat inside the inside kitchen next to it. It is really quit around the house so you can enjoy your rest. You need a car because its not close to shops and supermarket. But I think you need a car on mallorca anyway to discover the island. We really had a perfect family holiday in this nice big beautiful villa! Only a few small things, like a new oven in cooking plate in the kitchenette. And the doors a noisy of the sleeping rooms when you open en close them. And the windscreens for closing the outside setting area are not working like they should have But that are not big issues at all

Brilliant flat, and facilities. Brilliant location.

Amazing location amazing views from Balcony and roof terrace. 1st class kitchen facilities. Very good air con in bedrooms and living area. Great location near lively but nice end of Alcudia. Very close to shops and supermarkets etc.. 1 minute walk to beach (no gate from pool to beach - have to walk around) Good Pool. Nice welcome food pack. Beds comfortable Bit tricky to find the lockbox but was early hours of the morning but the map was good enough. Confronted by a big dog when collecting keys, but luckily he barked and ran away. 2 sets of keys (8 keys in total) could do with a proper keyring and colour coding as every time used they fell off keyring, and it was pot luck to get the right key for the right lock. 2nd bedroom small and no room to separate the 2 single beds. Not easy to get a parking space in front of the flats but doesnt advertise a parking space - can park on side streets nearby. Bedding a bit damp on arrival. Electric blinds broke but reported and were repaired next day. Expensive, but it was high season, and you get what you pay for. Would stay here again.

Die Wohnung ganz allgemein Das tolle Welcome-Pack und die ‚Basics‘ wie Kaffeebohnen, Gewürze, Tee etc. Die tolle Aussicht und ganz allgemein die Lage der Wohnung (Strand-Nähe, Zentrums-Nähe) dadurch leider etwas lärmig (Bus, Strasse und Musik) Neue Lounge auf Dach-Terrasse Park-Ordnung ist etwas chaotisch

Traum-Unterkunft - ohne Wenn und Aber

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal in dieser Wohnung. Einfach immer wieder ein Traum. Location, Ausstattung, Service, einfach super gut. Besser geht es kaum. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Port de Alcudia zurückkommen, dann nur in diese Wohnung. Gartenmöbel auf der Dachterrasse sollten nach dieser Saison erneuert werden, das Sofa ist komplett auf..

Prima Wohnung für eine 4-köpfige Familie

Schöne und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Alles dabei von Aufzug, Wifi über Welcome Package, Klimaanlagen bis hin zu Badetüchern. Es gab sogar einen Weber Grill mit Lounge Sesseln auf dem Dach. Der Pool ist groß und hat ausreichend viele Liegen. Den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft zu finden ist etwas knifflig aber dank der hervorragenden telefonischen Unterstützung (auch in Deutsch) kein Problem. Danke nochmal.

Nice Apartment

Wir durften vier wunderbare Wochen in den Apartamentos Caravello verbringen. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und überzeugt durch eine moderne, frisch renovierte Ausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Vermieter Kevin: stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar – wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen Stühle am Pool könnte man erneuern

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Während meiner Anwesenheit musste das Wasser sehr lange laufen, bis das warme Wasser kam. Vielleicht wäre ein Handlauf zum Dachgeschoß über die Wendeltreppe sinnvol, l wegen der Sicherheit.

Allt var bra Mycket bra skick på lägenheten

Hög utrustnings nivå i köket samt även välkomstgåva med mat och dryck. Stort plus för grillen på takterrassen. Rent och snyggt. Fastighet och poolområdet är inte nytt men helt ok. Mycket bra läge i Alcudia
