Discover this newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in the heart of Noe Valley. This stylish residence boasts modern updates and a chic design, ensuring comfort and sophistication. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.
Located in one of San Francisco`s most desirable neighborhoods, you`ll be close to trendy shops, gourmet restaurants, and beautiful parks. The apartment features an open floor plan, high-end finishes, and ample natural light, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere. Perfect for professionals, couple or anyone looking for a modern urban living experience.
The apartment is located on the ground level, and has large windows that face north with an unobstructed view. Full kitchen with all the amenities to enjoy a full meal or a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also an outdoor area if you want to sit outside and relax to enjoy the San Francisco weather.
Full size washer and dryer are in the unit.
Street parking only. Please note the apartment is on a steep hill so you can enjoy the full San Francisco experience.
For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
There is a $300 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
Guest`s have access to the entire apartment, no spaces are shared.
I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies.
Less than one mile you can be at two great parks, Glen Canyon Park and Twin Peaks. Both have great walking/jogging trails. Noe Valley has several great restaurants, bars, shops, nail/hair salons and local coffee shops.
Having a car is best, parking can be found usually within 1-2 blocks from the apartment depending on the time of day. Uber/Lyft and taxis will all pick up in the area. Buses are about 0.5 miles from the apartment if using public transportation.

Mail cannot be delivered to the apartment. There are postal services in the area that can be used for mail delivery. Packages are OK
We do live upstairs and have a shoes off policy, if we are making excessive noise, feel free to reach out via the platform and let us know.
The backyard is shared with us but feel free to hang out there until 9pm.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
For stays of one month or longer, a professional cleaning is required every two weeks. This cost will be covered by the guest.
----Without laundry service: $85 per cleaning
----With laundry service included: $125 per cleaning
This policy is non-negotiable, as our home has been recently renovated and we want to maintain it in excellent condition.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 7am
-Fast wireless Internet is provided. Do not attempt to make a wired connection. Renting this unit means that you agree not to use the network for illegal or abusive activities
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- One pet allowed with prior authorization and fee
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, please be sure to lock the door.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. Recommend wearing layers.
- There is a $300 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
