Weâll stay in touch with you via email or messaging, depending on where you booked. About 8 hours before your arrival, youâll receive a message with everything you need for a smooth check-in, including:

For peace of mind, an emergency contact number is listed in the Guest Handbook, and on the day of your arrival weâll also share the direct phone number for our Market Operations Manager should you need assistance during your stay.

Easy access- located off of lakeshore- there is little bit of a hill to go down/ up for the driveway. Do not block neighbors.

Parking for 3 do not block neighbors- no boat or trailer parking.
Max Occupancy 4 (a family of 5 could stay but please note that means two sleeping in a full size bunk).
No pets
No lake access if the dock is not in the water. Dock is seasonal.

House Rules
No Smoking
There is no smoking inside the home or near open windows or doors.
This includes cigarettes, vaping, and any smoke-producing products.
Pets
No pets
Prohibited Items & Activities
No illegal substances of any kind.
No fireworks.
No fires, including fire pits, unless your home specifically provides an approved fire feature.
No campers, RVs, tents, or outdoor sleeping setups.
No additional vehicles beyond what your reservation allows.
Guest & Occupancy Limits
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time, per county regulations.
Example: If the home sleeps 6, you may not have 12 guests over for dinnerâeven if no one stays overnight.
Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No loud music at any time.
Please be respectfulâbe a good neighbor.
Do not block any driveways or roads.
Security Cameras
For the safety of guests and property, entry doors are equipped with cameras focused only on the doorway area.
Seasonal Amenities
Dock- typically middle of May- Labor day. This depends on lake levels. If the dock is not in the water there is no access to the lake.
BBQs & Patio Furniture
Outdoor furniture and BBQs are seasonally placed and may not be available during the winter months or severe weather.
Internet & Cell Service
WiFi
During peak season, WiFi may run slower due to high usage in the area.
Cell Coverage
Coverage varies by carrier:
Verizon â strongest overall
US Cellular â generally reliable
AT&T & T-Mobile â often spotty in some areas
Travel & Winter Conditions
If you are visiting during the winter months:
Chains and/or traction tires are strongly recommended.
4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended due to icy and snowy road conditions.
Please plan ahead for winter drivingâroad conditions can change quickly.
