Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath lakefront escape offers everything you need for a peaceful retreat with family or friends. No pets allowed at this home.

Guest Interaction & Communication
We’ll stay in touch with you via email or messaging, depending on where you booked. About 8 hours before your arrival, you’ll receive a message with everything you need for a smooth check-in, including:

Your smart lock access code and simple instructions on how to use it
The property address
A link to your online welcome manual for the home

For peace of mind, an emergency contact number is listed in the Guest Handbook, and on the day of your arrival we’ll also share the direct phone number for our Market Operations Manager should you need assistance during your stay.

We’re here to help and want your visit to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors on either side of the home. Please be courteous of neighbors. Quiet hours 10PM-7AM.

Easy access- located off of lakeshore- there is little bit of a hill to go down/ up for the driveway. Do not block neighbors.

The home comfortably sleeps up to four:
Primary bedroom: A welcoming queen bed with soft linens and peaceful ambiance
Second bedroom: A fun and functional bunk setup—twin over full—perfect for kids or additional guests

Whether you’re winding down after a full day of lake adventures or enjoying a lazy morning indoors, each room offers the right blend of comfort and charm.

The bright, tidy bathroom includes a shower stall and all the essentials to make your stay pleasant and convenient.

No cable- but has tv and streaming device
Parking for 3 do not block neighbors- no boat or trailer parking.
Max Occupancy 4 (a family of 5 could stay but please note that means two sleeping in a full size bunk).
No pets
No lake access if the dock is not in the water. Dock is seasonal.

Welcome! We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay with us. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay—and to help us care for our homes, neighbors, and community—please take a moment to review the guidelines below.

House Rules

No Smoking
There is no smoking inside the home or near open windows or doors.
This includes cigarettes, vaping, and any smoke-producing products.

Pets
No pets

Prohibited Items & Activities
No illegal substances of any kind.
No fireworks.
No fires, including fire pits, unless your home specifically provides an approved fire feature.
No campers, RVs, tents, or outdoor sleeping setups.
No additional vehicles beyond what your reservation allows.

Guest & Occupancy Limits
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home at any time, per county regulations.
Example: If the home sleeps 6, you may not have 12 guests over for dinner—even if no one stays overnight.

Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No loud music at any time.
Please be respectful—be a good neighbor.
Do not block any driveways or roads.

Security Cameras
For the safety of guests and property, entry doors are equipped with cameras focused only on the doorway area.

Seasonal Amenities
Dock- typically middle of May- Labor day. This depends on lake levels. If the dock is not in the water there is no access to the lake.
BBQs & Patio Furniture
Outdoor furniture and BBQs are seasonally placed and may not be available during the winter months or severe weather.

Internet & Cell Service
WiFi
During peak season, WiFi may run slower due to high usage in the area.

Cell Coverage
Coverage varies by carrier:
Verizon – strongest overall
US Cellular – generally reliable
AT&T & T-Mobile – often spotty in some areas

Travel & Winter Conditions
If you are visiting during the winter months:
Chains and/or traction tires are strongly recommended.
4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended due to icy and snowy road conditions.
Please plan ahead for winter driving—road conditions can change quickly.
