Excellent location next to the beach with great deck overlooking the gulf. Very clean house with facilities generally as presented. Great A/C. Great outdoor shower, which included hot water. Ceiling fans worked fantastic. Plenty of room for three families totaling 12 people A few points though:1) Directions for entering the house were very vague and with multiple lock boxes around the house, could not get in without multiple calls to emergency number before finally gaining access. Key/Lock struggled to open and probably needs replacing due to salt water spray.2) One top bunk in bedroom did not have safety rail preventing its use.3) Specifically asked if kitchen will have blender with affirmative response and also listed in amenities, but no blender was in kitchen.4) Joint bathroom commode tank drain did not seal well causing water to run if flapper did not sit when flushed. Multiple times had to hand close flapper. When we arrived the valve was actually turned off. 5) Ant infestation near door we accessed property. Varied day by day but was present each day.6) Dust pan needs replacing as could not clean up with it. We had to use a piece of paper in lieu of dust pan.7) Deck is splintering in a number of locations. Especially with children running barefoot, it will only be a matter of time before a major splinter stabs a child.
