LIVING & COMMON SPACES
Sink into the sectional in front of the brick fireplace and 86" TV — this is where everyone ends up. The living room is wide open, filled with natural light, and connects straight to the kitchen and dining area. Challenge someone to a round on the full-size Pac-Man arcade in the corner. The whole space is modern and uncluttered, with a layout that works just as well for a family dinner as it does for game day with friends.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just reheating. Gas oven and cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, Ninja blender, reverse osmosis filtered water, coffee maker, toaster — plus full cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. The dining table seats the whole group and sits right off the kitchen, so the cook never misses the conversation.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING
— Master Bedroom: king bed, 50" TV, reading nook, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower and his-and-her sinks. Your own retreat at the end of the day.
— Bedroom 2: king bed, 50" TV, Haworth desk and Herman Miller chair — a proper workspace if you're mixing travel with remote work.
— Bedroom 3: king bed in a quiet, comfortable room designed for restful sleep.
— Bedroom 4: two twin beds, great for kids or friends traveling together. Includes a desk and chair — another potential workspace.
— Fitness & Flex Room: daybed (twin) available as an additional sleeping spot.

FITNESS & FLEX ROOM
No skipping workouts on this trip. A dedicated room with a bold blue geometric accent wall, Schwinn IC4 spin bike, free weights (5–30 lbs), step platform, yoga blocks, and a Manduka mat. Big windows with plantation shutters let in morning light without the glare. There's a daybed in here too if you need the extra sleeping spot.

FAMILY-READY
Travel crib (Baby Björn), portable booster seat, changing pad, baby tub, and children's plates, bowls, and utensils are all here waiting. Leave the bulky gear at home.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Step outside to the covered patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit — perfect for Arizona sunsets or a quiet morning with coffee. The backyard has turf grass and desert landscaping, and you'll spot citrus trees with fruit still on them. The neighborhood is peaceful and flat, great for an evening walk.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms were recently remodeled. The master bath has a rainfall shower, his-and-her sinks, and a walk-in closet. The guest bath includes a bathtub. Towels and hair dryers are provided in both. Starter bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are included for your arrival.

PARKING & LAUNDRY
Free garage, driveway, and street parking available anytime. The garage door can optionally be controlled from an app — ask for details. RV gate area also available for larger vehicles. High-capacity washer and dryer included for guest use, free of charge.
