MAISON DE RETRAITE DU VIN, DU GOLF ET DE LA RÉUNION - RIEN DE PLUS COMME IL

Cette maison se trouve sur 2 ½ acres dans le sud-ouest du Michigan, juste derrière le 9e green de ce qui sera le nouveau terrain de golf Spruce Ridge. Le premier tee est à 40 mètres de notre porte d'entrée. Il y a plusieurs lacs à 5-20 minutes en voiture.

Nous avons des forfaits de golf et de vin qui incluent le transport.

La maison serait idéale pour les enterrements de vie de jeune fille.

Il n'y a vraiment rien de tel. La maison est installée dans une ambiance de type cottage. Il peut accueillir plus de 30 personnes. Pour moins de 15 personnes, occupation double par chambre.

Il dispose de 8 chambres (également un autre espace ouvert avec 4 lits fournis) et 6 salles de bain complètes. Il dispose également d'une cuisine entièrement équipée adjacente à une grande salle à manger. Il y a un grand salon et une salle de cartes. La verrière de 1160 pieds carrés. La salle Florida donne sur la piscine intérieure de 1 200 pieds carrés et est le lieu de rassemblement idéal pour les groupes. La salle de billard comprend 3600 pieds carrés et comprend un bain à remous. En bas, une zone de loisirs de 2500 pieds carrés avec un bar et une table de billard.

Une allée sinueuse vous amène à la porte d'entrée.

Tous les terrains de golf dans un 5 à 20 minutes en voiture.

Un casino Four Winds est un court trajet de 5 mile.

La maison est un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour les amis pour en faire un week-end de football de Notre Dame. Vous êtes à 30 miles de ND.

Les week-ends de football d'automne sont un bon moment à la maison. Nous avons un forfait NFL sur la télévision par satellite.

Pour les sports d'hiver, Swiss Valley Ski & Snowboard est à seulement 24 km de Jones, MI. Il y a 3 autres stations de ski dont Timber Ridge à Gobles, MI, à moins de 35 miles de la maison de la station.

La maison est dans la ville pittoresque de Dowagiac, MI. En ville, profitez de nombreux petits restaurants et boutiques.

Les tarifs pour les séjours hors saison de golf varient. Le 3ème jour est 50% du 1er taux de 2 jours (pour les séjours hors saison de golf). Les taux de vacances varient. Il y a aussi des frais de nettoyage. Pour les paiements par carte de crédit, il y a un supplément de 5%

Great Stay Right On The Golf Course

This place was huge!! The pool was a great addition and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our group golfed on the course and the clubhouse was a 1 minute walk from the front door.

Family vacation

This was our second stay at this property. Kids and grandkids enjoy it Alot. Is great when weather is not good (our experience), can keep kids entertained with pool and games. Plenty of room for everyone, we had over 20. Close enough to Warren Dunes and St. Joseph for daytrips. We had no issues and a great time.

Annual staycation

The property is nice and spacious. There were plenty of beds and seating that accommodated our large group. The property manager was respectful, helpful, and prompt in his reply the our every concern and query. It was a really fun stay.

Family reunion

Thete were 40 in our group age ranging from 1 to 66 yrs. Each person had a bed with a couple spares. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The young adults and teens made use of the basement as their gaming room. We found the place to have plenty of room for everyone. We would like to make a return visit. If you want a good catering service or good food look up Soke Pork Catering at Porkys in canopollis. Great food!

The property was overall great for family and space. The basement was very cold and had to bring heaters to hell heat it up, there was a lot of stink bugs, chlorine was so strong it burned the kids skin and gave them rashes.

The resort fit our need for lots of room for my family of 27. It is dated and needs upgrading.

The resort had lots of play room and sleeping rooms. The kitchen is small and dated and the bathrooms need updating. The pool was large and clean. Security is a concern with no way to lock off the pool. Overall we enjoyed the resort.

Plenty of space and great location

We stayed at the retreat house for a family vacation with 24 people including children, teens and adults. The rental is not fancy, but there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the week. This rental is HUGE! The pool/hot tub area was a big hit with everyone. The location in Dowagiac was also great. We were within a few minutes of restaurants, shops, golf courses and other activities. We did have a couple of maintenance needs during our stay, but Beth and Steve were accessible and sent help quickly. We have already booked again for next year.

Family Vacation

We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but the property manager was very responsive when contacted and remedied the problems very quickly. Overall we had a good stay. We had 18 people, 4 generations. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playing in the recreation room that overlooks the pool. The adults enjoyed evenings in the basement. There was plenty of room for all to spread out. We were able to all enjoy dinners together at the large dining room table. The property was close enough to enjoy a day at St. Joseph and another at Warren Dunes as well as a nice cookout on our first evening. Overall a good stay and great family time. I would recommend the property for any large gathering.

We loved the pool and the size of the house.We have stayed there 2 times and both times had to call manager for plumbing problems multiple times. They were quick to respond but only fixed the current problem. The house needs to have the plumbing totally redone. The doors need to be planed so that they don't stick. We had trouble opening the door to the bathroom in our area if we closed it all the way. Several doors in the house do this. The large room by the pool was great for our family to gather and eat and play games. The yard is great for games.

There where mice throughout the house. The owner scheduled a bug exterminator for the exterior on Saturday which was halfway through our trip. It was dusty and outdated.

OK Time

Property is quite old and hasn't been updated in years. There is a lot of space and the pool is quite large but over chlorinated. The rooms on the pool level had a strong chlorine smell. No heat in the basement except for a space heater. Kitchen is very small with only one refrigerator in the house. Bathrooms not in the best of shapes, rust on some faucets and bathtubs.

My extended family and I stayed at "Resort on the Course" over the Fourth of July holiday and had a great time. I found the house to be a little dirty although the toilets and sinks where clean - there were socks etc under the my bedand some of the sheets had not been cleaned. Many of the light switches didn't work. The pool was old but clean and in great working order...and all of the kids in our group liked the video game! As a group we had concerns regarding safety (smoke detectors, exposed wiring etc, sewage odor in portable area) which we mentioned to owner after our visit. He was responsive and refunded a small part of our payment. I was not happy that he asked us NOT to review the property.

Family vacation

We rented this house to have time with our kids and grandkids and my mother-in-law. When we were all there, we had 25 total and there was plenty of room for everyone! During our stay, we didn't have to make plans to go anywhere -- or have to worry about the weather -- because the pool was the entertainment! The hot tub had good jets, and it was actually hot. :) Yes, there were some odd parts to the house, but it made it interesting. The "guest house" is attached to the main house, but you have to walk outside or through the pool area to get to it. Our families with young children stayed in the main house, and we DID have enough people who could stay in the guest house. But that may be helpful for others to know. We loved the dining room on nights when there were only 13 of us. When we had more people, we put extra folding tables (that we brought) in the Florida room. There was plenty of room for us to all eat together. The owners were very easy to get ahold of, and they were very helpful. Thank you for helping us make memories!

Amazing weekend at an amazing house

We stayed for a long weekend with about 13 friends. The house had everything we needed. kitchen had every utensil you could think of and the extra large coffee maker was a hit. The beds were comfortable and this place is massive and Beth and Steve have made it super easy on you as a guest to keep in clean. I would definitely go back.

Great for a bachelor party

This house was built for a party. We had a large group of guys for a bachelor party, and there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool is fantastic, the grills were great for cooking up a lot of food, and there’s plenty of seating all over the place. We even played wiffleball in the backyard. The golf course that is attached to was walkable, and the people working there were great. I can’t say enough good things about this place for a large group gathering. The owners communicated well before and during the trip. I will definitely go back for similar needs.

We will be back!!!

We were looking to get a group of about 20 friends together for a ‘spring break’ staycation. Because there are not many pictures online and the pictures looked dated, we did not have the highest expectations. I can happily say that this home had well exceeded our expectations and was absolutely amazing! While the house may be dated, the pictures really didnt do it justice. The massive home allowed us to spread out whether you wanted to stay inside and play pool, play games in the glassed-in pool room, or go down and enjoy the heated Olympic sized pool and jacuzzi there was so much to do. We could have stayed for a whole week, but the two days we had, they were filled with many fun memories. The rooms were cleanly, plenty of bathrooms and beds available, and Elisabeth was extremely helpful and welcoming of our group. Everyone has already been asking when we are going back, cant wait!

Great experience for groups!

We had a group of over 30 kids from UMich come and stay for a weekend and we had an extremely enjoyable time. Kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed, pool & hottub were a hit, and the basement was perfect for our group to hang out. Rob was very responsive every time we needed anything!
