Pet Friendly 4BR Mid-town Home with Fenced Yard

Summary:

Casa at Ave C welcomes large groups & pets. Between 2 queen bedrooms & 2 sets of twin beds everyone can enjoy their own space. This is a 2 level home with living areas upstairs & down. Enjoy a large backyard with grill & patio furniture plus a fully equipped kitchen tucked away from the rest of the home. There is a full bathroom upstairs & downstairs as well as updated washer/dryer. This is a great space for a weekend, a week or a month.



The Space:

Things we can’t control - location, size/layout/age of the home, neighbors.



This home is a bit older. While it’s been updated in some areas, like paint and certain fixtures, the original hardwood floors do tend to squeak in certain areas. If you have an active group and are a light sleeper, this space may bother you in that way.



A small set of steps leads to the front door. Parking available on the driveway for up to 2 vehicles and street parking in front of the house.

To access backyard, go along the right side of the house through the gate. There are 2 sets of patio dining furniture and 2 loungers for your use. We do have lawn care done 1-2x a week during the summer. Please remove all pet waste by Wednesday morning.



The main living room is to the right after entry and dining table is to your left. The kitchen is past the dining table at the far left side of the house. The kitchen itself is small but well equipped.

Off the living room are a queen bedroom with one window, then a full bathroom in the hallway and to the right of the hall is the 2 twin beds room. Both these rooms face into the backyard.



Past the kitchen to right is the downstairs access. Use railing at all times.

Once you’re downstairs, the laundry and second full bathroom are on the left through the curtain.

The second living room has a couch, chair and TV. You’ll find the second queen bedroom to the left of the living area.

The other 2 twins bedroom is a right at the bottom of the stairs.



Guest Access:

Anything not locked by deadbolt is available for use- garage and attic are locked storage.
