This Historic home is the perfect family friendly home that's close to downtown, the Hospitals and close to the largest medical facilities in the state. Situated up against the Rims and close to the airport. Two Master bedrooms. Bottom floor master has a fireplace and it's own laundry room. The top floor has the second master plus an additional laundry room. The back yard is large and fenced for your dog. Enjoy the historic neighborhood with large trees lining the streets.
Terrific house, good location, quiet neighbourhood. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds, great backyard. Had everything we needed. One recommendation, add a teapot (stove top or electric) to the kitchen equipment.A wonderful experience. Thank you.
Ideal accommodations, and plenty of room for the family. Ideally located near the city park where you can play tennis and take walks. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.
Place was great, location fantastic! Two things, not enough towels for all guest, had to buy a few while we were there, the laundry room was very dusty. Overall though the indoor and outdoor space was perfect for our group, everyone had their own space and the evenings were quiet and relaxing.
The property was absolutely stunning and spacious. My family was in Billings for my parents memorial service and burial but there were a lot of extended family members in town staying at hotels. The beautiful patio, with seating for 10 and the large living room offered plenty of room for some socializing and grieving with family before and after the services. The yard is lovely and the property is pet friendly, unfortunately my female schipperke snuck downstairs, which is not allowed, and had an accident. I was horrified to learn about this after we were already traveling back to Texas, so it was necessary to do a spot cleaning on the carpet in the master bedroom. The owners were upset, rightfully so, but have not sent an additional bill.I would would highly recommend this property as it was truly like being in Heaven while having to deal with the incredible sadness of the trip. Thank you Stephanie for an amazing experience.
My family and I had to make an unexpected trip to Billings because my Grandaughter was lifeflighted there from Wyoming. It the process of staying we ended up with another tragedy and needed to extend our stay, property owner was very accommodating to my issues and lifted that worry right away by allowing us to extend with no issues
We stayed here for our daughters college graduation. Beautiful, clean and uncluttered inside. Very cozy. Plenty of blankets, pillows and 2 washer/driers! Kitchen well stocked. Back yard is beautiful. Bring wood for a fire pit. Andrew, property manager, was easy to contact and helpful.
The pics in this property do not do it justice. It is updated very nicely but has all the historic charm. Cute front porch and backyard for gathering with a fire pit. Check in was easy and property manager was quick. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Great neighborhood. Centrally located. Large diningroom table to play games. Definitely will stay here again!
We stayed as a Family and where able to grill, play games, and hang out while we visiting extended family in Billings. It was clean well taken care of with ample room for everyone.
Great place for a family to gather. Our 5 year old nephew was able to navigate the stairs well but smaller children may not be able to so you may want to bring a baby gate or two. Great indoor & outdoor space, nice homey feel, and a beautiful park within walking distance. Very friendly neighborhood. We got to experience a power outage due to weather but Andrew was able to bring us battery operated lights and was always available to answer questions. Easy access to amenities and adventures as well as our daughter who we'd come to visit. Thank You for sharing this Great Family Gathering Place with us! We hope to return in the future.
Outstanding property that met the needs of the entire family. Conveniently located in central Billings, close to parks and downtown, and in an excellent quiet neighborhood. We sure enjoyed our time visiting with family and friends during our stay, the house was very comfortable and clean.
Our family totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO!
LOVED that:
The owner's paid thoughtful attention to maintain the historic character of this gem!
The yard and landscaping was well-done!
The spacious front porch and backyard had tasteful lighting and flexible seating options.
The rooms were spacious & mattress comfortable.
The dining & living room were spacious and kitchen well-equipped.
Property Manager, Andrew, was very responsive and accommodating - Thank you!
The only recommendation I have is to move the check-out time from 10 a.m. to 11 or noon, more similar to that of other large VRBOs.
We'll be back and highly recommend this VRBO.
Thanks Again!
A couple of things werenât instantly clear to us 1) how to engage the air conditioning 2) fully opening drain in master bathroom tub. Both due to user unawareness and soon remedied. When I called the manager he was very helpful and offered to come right over which was not necessary.
We used outdoor cooking facilities for our first meal, delightful barbecue on patio. Lovely neighborhood near the park where we held a family reunion.
Lovely home in an established neighborhood with fenced in yard and is very quiet. Rear patio was perfect for outdoor grilling and visitation around the fire pit. Rooms were perfect, well appointed and comfortable. Laundry rooms were handy and kitchen/dining area was as advertised. The garage provided for off street parking and security. We'll be back!
Need written instructions for tv. Could not get to work. Lock on alley fence doesnât work thus had to walk around garage to alley to deposit trash and recycle. Only three wine glasses. Umbrella broken.Kleenex would have been nice.
