Terrible Stay â Do Not ComeI stayed here on New Yearâs Eve and had an absolutely disgusting experience that ruined my trip.Upon arrival, I discovered the bed linens were either not cleaned or only partially cleaned. There was no second comforter, and the bedding was visibly stained. At first I noticed one stain, but as I pulled back the layers, I was completely appalled.I contacted the host. Instead of properly resolving the issue, she suggested that I change the sheets. Thatâs not an accommodation. I didnât fly to Miami for the holidays to clean someone elseâs soiled bed.Because it was NYE & no other hotels or units were available, I was trapped late on NYE dealing with a hygiene issue instead of enjoying my trip. No refund for the night was offered â only 80 & the expectation that I handle it.But it get much Worse. Removing the bedding, I found multiple yellow-brown stains throughout the comforter and sheets, fully absorbed into the fabric and tucked in. Yes. Someone saw these old & pre-existing stains & tucked them in.(Photos attached)When I contacted the host again, she was dismissive & told me she already gave me 80.Please choose another place. While the building itself is nice, the host owns only one unit here, & if you have an issue, the condo complex representative will not help you & you will not be moved to another room. Between the negligence, lack of cleanliness, 80 slap in the face and poor integrity, this stay was terrible.Good Luck
