The house was very clean and the decor was amazing, yet was homey and felt like home. Spacious and super comfortable. Loved the outdoor portion with the decor and plants. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Has parking on site and location was superb. Check in and check out was seamless. Definitely will be my first choice for my future trips to Miami.

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was super welcoming and provided what we needed. The location was perfect, as it is close to everything. The house was very clean and serene. We will definitely be back!!!

Wer einen Eindruck haben möchte, wie die Einheimischen wohnen, ist hier richtig. WohnkĂŒche, zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Terrasse, alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lĂ€uft ĂŒber die App. Zum Haus gehört auch eine Katze, die sich germ kraulen lĂ€sst. FĂŒttern ist auch ok ;-).Das Auto, dass man aber auch unbedingt braucht (Nahverkehr ist hier nicht so), kann man dort auch parken.

This is in the middle of everything, but there are some kinks that could be worked out. Upon arriving there was construction in the other half the home (there is at least one more unit possible two for a total of three in a previous family home). Due to construction there was saw dust all over the common area of the home. The homeowner did come clean it for us which we appreciated. Since a family home was converted into two or more units we could very clearly hear everything that was going on in the next unit. Everyday there was some type of work being done (solar panels being put on the home, gas company coming to speak to the owner who wasn’t there, and a tinting company) There was no laundry area though it is listing as having laundry facilities. The ice maker didn’t work on the refrigerator. The air worked best at night but during the day it couldn’t keep up and we were unable to adjust it due to the thermostat being locked. There was hair in the bathroom that was not from my group. Earrings were left in a window seal from previous tenant, so cleanliness was the best.

Clean & Spacious

The property was nice. There was plenty of room to spread out between the two bedrooms in the Victoria Booking. Parking space out front was a plus. Being only 15 minutes from the University of Miami and Coral Palms was great for our trip!

Nice little spot

The house was a little smaller than we expected but was a very nice place! We were a very large group (10) and it worked for us it was just tight. This would be a perfect place for a smaller family or a small group of friends. The host was very accommodating and we needed for nothing while here. However the description stated there was coin laundry on site we did not see any. Also the description does not tell you that it is a single house remodeled into 3 apartments. No complaints here however as each place does have their own private space. It is located on a busy side street so keep that in mind if you have small children. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, super cute place...but...

Property manager was very easy to deal with, check in was very simple as was checkout. The place is super cute and as pictured, nice quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything anyone would need. House was well equipped with everything one might need... However... And I say this knowing that this may very well have been a one off based on past reviews claiming otherwise... For us the house was dirty and appeared uncleaned from the last people staying. Lots of long hairs in the shower, soap stuck on the walls not wiped, used razor blade laying in the soap tray, Hairs in the master bedroom bed sheets just generally unclean and lived in. Now... Did this bother me enough to complain, no as our stay was 2 quick nights and onto a cruise ship, but if someone had a vacation planned I would have been quite upset. My belief is that it was not cleaned prior to arrival as a blind man could see the hairs etc... this might be a cleaner issue the host didn't know about so giving benefit of the doubt based on others reviews. Just want to give an honest review of what we experienced, so if you are staying just double check that the host knows you are coming and has had the property cleaned prior. Oh and there is no washer and dryer so we were unable to wash the towels and sheets on checkout, not sure if we were supposed to as the checkout procedure was none existent... So in closing, great location, cute house, responsive host, just had a cleanliness issue for our stay.

Close to everything is a perfect description for this place

This apartment is part of a 2200/2400 square feet home split into three apartment. It looked like it was recently painted with some patch paint jobs in the bathroom. There are a couple of sheets of wood covering some holes behind tThe apartment does not have have all thing as advertised. It was missing a hairdryer that my sisters needed for the following day. We arrived early Wednesday evening, grabbed dinner, played some cards in the kitchen and went to bed. The outdoor lights are shining right into the window of the bedrooms. If you need a dark room to sleep, this apartment is not for you. If you like to sleep in, this apartment is not for you. At 5am in the morning either another renter or the host, slammed a heavy metal door multiple times that woke up our party. I also could hear someone talking and maybe "exercising"on the other side of the paper thin walls that morning as well. My two adult sister and I came to Miami for a funeral mid week. On the Thursday evening after the funeral, we had 4 family members come over prior to going out for dinner that night. The host, this is a loose interpretation, came out and angrily fussed at my sisters outside saying we had two many cars parked near the house. He was rude and unapologetic about his actions. My family accommodated the host request and left for dinner a little earlier than expected. The host lives directly next to this apartment and if you want someone to listens in on your every move this is the place for you.
