Please Note:
The owners live on site in the ADU, no shared indoor or outdoor space.

For safety and liability reasons, guests are required to sign a brief waiver prior to check-in regarding pool use and general safety. No parties on the property, no exceptions.

We offer an EV charger for extra cost. We ask our guests to let us know in advance if they would like to charge their vehicle.

The pool can be heated for an extra fee ($100 per day or $450 per week). It usually take aproximately 12-24 hours for the pool to get to a good temperature 82-84 degrees.

You will have full, private access to the entire house, backyard, and pool area.

Other things to note:
There is an attached ADU on the property with a separate entrance. There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.
