A custom outdoor play structure was just installed behind the cabin with swings, slides, a climbing wall, and outdoor games. But the true highlight of this cabin is the brand new 25 foot custom bar with seating for 12 constructed on the outdoor covered patio. Three flat screen TV’s are mounted on the wall behind the bar, giving it a fully sports bar experience, and a waterfall cascades out of either side of the live edge wood bar top. There are three types of SWINGS, SLIDES, AND A CLIMBING WALL as well as a covered lookout tower. Outdoor games such as an oversized Connect 4 and a lookout telescope and driving wheel complete the fun. A HUGE COVERED TWO STORY SLIDE connects the top covered patio to the play structure for endless fun for both grown ups and adults. For those slightly more faint of heart, the play area can be accessed by steps from the lower deck straight from the indoor pool area.

PETS: We are dog friendly (sorry, no cats or other pets of any kind) and happy to welcome up to two dogs during your stay. If you plan to bring pet dogs, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $50 per dog per night, plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if dogs are included when you make your reservation. If you need any help adding dogs after you book your trip, please do not hesitate to let us know. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies, please let us know. We are available for any questions you might have!

ROADS: Mountain road disclaimer: If you're unfamiliar with mountain roads, almost all of them off the main city streets/parkway can at times be narrow, steep and unlit. We always recommend taking your time on these roads and driving a vehicle you are comfortable with. There's no rush to get anywhere on mountain time!

PARKING: There is a private paved driveway that can easily accommodate up to 12 VEHICLES.

WILDLIFE: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, raccoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items and trash appropriately stored and disposed of in the bear proof trash can enclosures. Please clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home in the front. Cameras record audio and visual and are only located on the exterior of the house.

PEST CONTROL: This cabin is in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, which is an extremely woodsy area. We have a pest control company that comes out every month to treat and prevent bug issues, but on occasion, bugs can find their way into the cabin through open doors, windows, etc, just like any other home. Please keep doors and windows shut whenever possible to prevent bugs from entering behind you.
