A total of no more than 10 daytime occupants. A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed with disclosure required. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for access instructions and the door code. This is in compliance with city regulations. Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit or on the premises. Please use designated smoking areas if available and comply with local smoking laws.
