The Space:

Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom condo located on the second floor of a modern building with five floors. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this unit is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests.



Living Room:

Relax in the comfortable living area, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.



Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. Dining utensils and cookware are provided for convenience.



Bar Area:

A stylish bar area serves as both a preparation space and a dining room, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.



Bedrooms:

The two bedrooms feature King-sized beds, ample closet space for your belongings, and a TV for your convenience. Blackout curtains in each bedroom ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room is designed with modern décor for comfort.

Parking:

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. While there are plenty of spaces, they are not designated by unit number.

Just 3 blocks from the beach and a pier, 2 blocks from Quinta Alegria Mall, and Quinta Avenue with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. You also have shared access to the common areas, the rooftop pool, the gym, etc.

The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN), about 35 miles away, approximately a 45-minute drive depending on traffic. Free parking is available on-site, and public transportation options, including taxis and buses, are easy to access from the property. The location is also bike-friendly, and many popular attractions are within walking distance.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Please note that you’ll need to climb some stairs to enter the building.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival, you will need to pass by the reception area to register. Then, you will access the condo by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
