You’ll also love the large back garden, perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, and giving children plenty of space to run around safely.

The property is also close to the new @Belongil hospitality venue, making this a great base to experience one of Byron’s most exciting new precincts.

The living area is warm and comfortable with plenty of seating with a dining table that also works well as a workspace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, electric stove, microwave, and all cooking essentials so you can prepare meals easily during your stay.

The kitchen opens onto the covered back patio, an ideal space for BBQs, evenings by the firepit, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

At the front of the house, a second outdoor area offers deckchairs and a lounge seating setup - a great place for morning coffee or relaxing after the beach.

Shirley Street is one of the best locations in Byron Bay if you want to walk everywhere and enjoy the town with ease. You can leave the car at home - beach, cafés, shops, markets, and Byron’s most iconic spots are all close by.

Belongil Beach – approx. 10 minutes
The Wreck surf spot – approx. 8 minutes
Clarkes Beach – approx. 20 minutes
The Pass – approx. 30 minutes (or a short drive)
