Position yourself at Paia - a large, elevated 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms home with breathtaking 280 degree views, less than 10 minutesâ walk from Tallow Beach in Byron Bay. Featuring a stunning sundeck with panoramic views, a classic indoor-outdoor layout and expansive decks, enabling the whole house to be opened to the cooling sea breezes whilst capturing breathtaking views. Please note the pool is spa size

Relax in the living, dining and cooking spaces, stay entertained whatever the weather with the additional game and TV rooms⊠enjoy the sunset from the outdoor top deck taking in the breakers at Broken Head and sweeping across the Byron Bay hinterland to the majestic Mt Warning and Border Ranges.
The House is set across three levels. The ground level has a separate studio with a play room featuring a tennis and soccer table. The main floor spreads across a living room, a TV lounge room, a dining area, the kitchen area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is Airconditioned. All rooms expand on a large outdoor deck with stunning lush and sea views. The Top floor boasts a TV lounge room and gives access to a breathtaking deck.
The house is a stone throw away from the stunning National Park offering various walking paths to Tallow beach. Your feet hit the sand within less than 10 minutes. Clarkes Beach, Wategos and the centre of town are all within a few minutes drive.
Paia is still close to all the action whilst being set in an oasis making you feel far away from it all.
Simple, uncluttered internal spaces with clean lines and contours are a feature of this impressive home. Beautifully polished Australian Spotted Gum hardwood floors, large free standing hardwood posts and exposed beams lend a strong and robust feel, and the pattern of lofted and flat ceilings, with its interesting light play through the highlight windows, generate a variety of unique spatial effects.
Strong consideration has been given to solar design principles, with shading of glazed openings from solar radiation, highlight windows affording effective cross ventilation, high-tech insulation within the roof, walls and floor, and of course, favourable orientation of the house.
