Lomani 10 is tucked away to ensure your privacy, whilst still being a casual 10-min stroll from Byron’s Main Beach - You will have an array of cafes/restaurants at your fingertips! This stunning brand-new home is spread over two levels and has everything you need to create a memorable getaway. Includes 4 spacious bedrooms, open plan living and dining and alfresco entertaining area complete with plunge pool and BBQ. You won’t want to leave!

THE SPACE
Lomani 10’s innovative design provides guest privacy, as well as being nicely positioned away from neighbours. Spaced over two levels, it is best suited to families and mixed groups. There are 4 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level – The Master bedroom (King bed) has a large ensuite. The main bathroom is spacious and includes a bath.
Queen beds are located in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, whilst the 4th bedroom has the option of twin King Single beds or you can combine them to create another King bed.
The open design allows the beautiful Byron daylight to shine through the lower levels of Lomani 10. You can also enjoy the calming coastal breeze by opening the expansive sliding doors.
The open plan design creates a large spacious environment for families to spend time together or take some time away for themselves. The outdoor deck extends the living space so you can keep an eye on what’s happening in the pool. Don’t worry, the kids will stay entertained with the separate TV room.
Local owners have thoughtfully selected high-quality Country Road towels, linen and other décor, to allow you to enjoy your stay at Lomani 10 in designer style. There is no need to stress about driving as you are within arm’s reach of a variety of Byron’s main shops, restaurants and cafes. However, if you do want to bring your car to explore the coastal roads, Lomani 10 has a double lock-up garage.

We are situated in close proximity to our neighbours and as such, we only approve well behaved groups. Unfortunately, we do not take school leavers/schoolies, party bookings, buck’s/hen’s nights or bookings with guest under 30 years of age (children/young adults travelling with families excluded).
The property is best suited to 6 adults and 2 children.
If there is a group booking of 8 adults, please be sure to provide some background on your group when submitting your booking enquiry.
If information is missing, we will ask for more prior to confirmation and please note the request will be taken under review

Nothing is off limits as we want you to enjoy what every room that Lomani 10 has to offer!
The property is perfect for family holidays, two families, wedding guest accommodation and well behaved groups
If there is a group booking of 6 adults and more, please be sure to provide some background on your group when submitting your booking enquiry, if information is missing, we will ask for more prior to confirmation.
Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 30. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents.
House guests only, visitors are not allowed to enter the property under any circumstances unless specific permission is given by Pacific Accommodation

Strict no party policy or excessive noise policy - fees and eviction will apply for security call-outs (in response to The Quiet Hotline security service).
No Bucks Hens parties or Schoolie School leaver groups permitted.
No group bookings for adults that we deem under our discretion as unsuitable. If you are unsure you must request permission for your group as cancellations may apply

The beautiful Johnston lane precinct is across the road with amazing bars, restaurants and shopping.
Everything can be accessed on foot however, we have two car spaces available for your use at the property.
