Frisco Condo w / 360 Vues sur la montagne et le lac Dillon!

Thank you for your review, Rita! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We would like to note that the garage is accessible from both the inside and out with the key that provides access to the unit itself. Thanks again - come back soon!

Hi Constance, the homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and we'd like to address the following: - There was a miscommunication between the owner and the local Guest Contact regarding the access code, and they apologize for this inconvenience. However, if you had called or texted the Guest Contact, they could have provided you with the correct code immediately. - On the morning of your check-in, the previous guest reported that the garage door was broken. The owner had a contractor out to inspect the door right away. They were able to realign the door so it could close, but they weren't able to fix the mechanism. The owners made every effort, but there was not a worker available to fix the mechanism until after your stay. The garage door has been resolved and should not be a concern for future travelers. - Since A/C isn’t available at this property, we don’t market it as an amenity in the listing, and it is very common for mountain homes to not include A/C. Additionally, the screened windows, screened door and fans keep the condo at a comfortable temperature. - We hope the generous measures taken by the owner for the inconvenience you experienced helped to make things right. The owner truly goes above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
