Venez à la charmante ville historique de Frisco, CO. Profitez de votre séjour dans cette maison de ville de 3 étages avec 2 chambres plus un loft et 3 salles de bains pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, parfait pour toute la famille ou un groupe d'amis. Val Chatelle III est situé à Frisco, CO, à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la rue Main et à quelques pas de l'arrêt de bus de la scène Summit. Pour se déplacer facilement en ville et dans les domaines skiables à proximité. La maison de ville à 3 niveaux a un canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon, une 1/2 salle de bain au niveau principal. Un lit king dans le maître, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans le loft surdimensionné. Un garage pour une voiture, une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur et un bain à remous privé. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Câble et WiFi.

Boy's Weekend Ski Trip

The place worked out great for our group. We all had our own beds. Hot Tub off the private patio was key to our trip. Bunch of old timers on a ski trip. A soak in the hot tub is a necessity. The place is definitely "dated", but it was all set up for our needs. In house laundry was perfect.

1st time in colorado

The townhouse was great. Comfortable for our party of 7. The garage was awesome as well as the hot tub. There was a nice view from the balcony and patio. Our grandson had fun playing in the snow. patioOur grandson

Comfortable

While condition of condo is quite dated and "tired" (for example, small closed-in kitchen with poor lighting, drawers that are all off-track, old furniture and decor), it did have many positive attributes. For the most part it was clean. It has a heated, attached garage, which was fantastic since we got a fair amount of snow during our stay. It has a really nice, dedicated hot tub (solely for this unit on the covered patio just off the living room, not shared with any other unit). The bedrooms are good size and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Location was good - short drive (which is very walkable if the roads/sidewalks are clear and not icy) to Main St and to the grocery stores. Overall a nice, older "ski condo."

Great Place

We had a great time. Plenty of space, very clean and had everything there you needed. Hot tub was perfect and view from master bedroom was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Family ski trip

Check in was a breeze. Condo was outdated. Bedspread was dirty with mascara. The ceiling in bedroom leaked water on suitcase. Had to move and then listen to water drops on the metal heater all night. Emailed property manager with no response. Overall it met our needs. Slept 8 of us but would not return or recommend.

Unclean, water leak and no response from property management

Something leaking from under refrigerator making a disgusting mess on kitchen floor. Dirty utensils. Not many necessary kitchen pots, pans, etc. We noticed a water leak coming through the ceiling in master bath when showering. We sent a video to property managers and I tried to call them with no response. It will be a big issue eventually. I will definitely never stay there again.

Awesome Ski Condo

Great location. 5 minutes from Copper Mountain. Layout was perfect for our group. Hot tub was very clean and so nice to have right at the unit. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture is dated but we didn’t care. Beds are comfortable and smart TV.

great find. I’ve stayed in this condo development 4x. through different agencies, firstly private hot tub and heated garage are rare. Extras including a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and 1st floor 1/2 bath are great. A large smart tv in the living room modernizes an older development. A great value.

Comfortable and Cozy Frisco Condo

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, well supplied and exactly what I expected based on previous reviews and descriptions. It was warm, had plenty of room, comfortable. Kitchen would be small for a large group. Two people can be in there at the same time but that's it. Fireplace was nice after a long day outside. Location was cenvenient to town, amentities and expressway.

Location, view

Good size place with two big bedrooms, then an additional loft with more beds. The views from the master bedroom deck are great. Bathroom in master, shared bath for second room and loft (spiral staircase down) and quarter bath main level for kitchen and living room. Really nice to have one car garage to unpack, summer or winter. Fireplace (wasn’t working/on with our visit). Cavet is the place is dark inside. When built 70/80s?, not many windows and or weird window location. That said, location to the all to town is great, neighborhood quiet though friend said she could hear everything from neighbor and thin walls (I couldn’t). Great place for group of family and friends for value and convenience to town.

Ski Trip Vacation

The unit is dated and tired. Basic necessities were covered. One kitchen drawer falling apart when opened, dishwasher bottom rack close to falling out when extended to add or remove dishes. We chose the unit because of the hot tub, the tub worked but the cover was past its prime, waterlogged and very HEAVY - replace it. There were plenty of pillows and nice towels. Overall we were satisfied but not thrilled.

Three Generation Spring Ski Week

The condo layout and amenities met all of our needs. The bedrooms were comfy and clean, the living room and TV were great for card games and March Madness, and the hot tub was, well hot and lovely. Our only critique was that the kitchen lacked many items typically found in other VRBO, for example: - there was no dish soap or scrubbies for doing dishes so we had to purchase those ourselves and leave them for future renters - there were no hot pads for handling hot pots, so we had to use small face towels to handle hot pans and pots - the stove vent didn't work, so anything from cooking pasta to bacon to pancakes set off the smoke alarms. - we didn't have specific instructions as to where to leave the garbage so we left it in the garage near the garage door (we hope that was where you wanted it...?) - tongs would be a great and inexpensive addition to your utensil drawer, as they help with everything from bacon to spaghetti Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we scored with six bluebird days of sunshine and spring snow. Thanks for opening your home to us. :-)

Great location and nice layout.

Great location in Frisco, less than 2 minutes from I-70 and a 5 minute walk to main street. Unit was clean and had a nice layout for our party of 6. Master and loft spaces are large and accommodating. Heated garage was a nice plus. Hot tub was well maintained and provided a nice after ski soak. The negatives: Kitchen is crowded for more than two cooks, so we did most of our prep work at the bar. There were only 7 forks and 7 spoons, so this made meals for 8 interesting. The furniture on is very dated and worn. The easy chairs in the living room had holes in the arms from years of use. While very similar in layout, the photos in the listing are not of the unit rented. The furnishings and decorations are different and a little more dated. All in all, we would stay here again as the value and location offset the condition of the property.

Great Time in Frisco!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is perfect! It is in a quiet location of Frisco. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus and was well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The gas fireplace makes the living room very cozy and warm. My only complaint is that since this is managed by a realtor, you don't get the personal interaction like you do if you rent from an owner. Someone was supposed to come by and bring a packet of instructions for our stay, but no one did. We had to figure out the heating system which was confusing. I had to call the realtor's office to find out if there were any specific instructions regarding clean up before we checked out since there were no instructions. Not a very big deal in the long run, but just not a very personable experience. We accidentally left a Christmas gift behind and when I called the office (twice) to see if the cleaning people had turned it in, the gentleman never called me back. We have rented many houses around the country so we know what a difference it makes to rent directly from the owner. Hopefully, the realtor's office will step up their game. However, we would definitely stay here again. It is perfect and we could not have had a better time! It was very nice having a garage since we were there at Christmas and it had snowed a lot. I saw two moose right outside our patio! You can view a beautiful mountain outside the patio and master bedroom. Several ski areas are within a short distance. I highly recommend this condo.

Very satisfied with this property. Convenient to downtown Frisco and area resorts. Well maintained and equipped. All instructions were clear and complete. While not guaranteed, they did approve early checkin on the day of arrival??
