The large island and spacious countertops provide plenty of room for prep, serving, or just enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.

For families traveling with young children, thoughtful touches include a pack ’n play, high chair, and baby rocker—so you can pack lighter and feel right at home.

The sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for larger groups:
• Master bedroom: A unique triple twin bunk bed setup, spacious en-suite bathroom, and large walk-in closet. Perfect for kids or a shared group space.

• Bedroom 1: Twin XL over queen bunk bed—ideal for siblings or mixed-age guests.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire house, including the convenient 2-car garage, with only a few closets reserved for storage purposes

Important things to Note:
- If you are a local in the Clovis/Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me.

- No other EV charging allowed from any outlet in the property.

- PARKING: A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed per reservation. Please use the 2-car garage and the driveway first. Street parking should only be used if those spaces are already full.

- Yard cleanup day is on Mondays. If you’re staying with us on a Monday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-2pm to clean the front and back yard.

- Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.

- There are SECURITY CAMERAS this property. There is one security camera in the interior of the garage. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER CAMERAS OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION
