House is close to the Fresno International airport, to major Freeways and Avenues for an easy drive to 3 National Parks (Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park.

Everything we needed and more!

This was an EXCELLENT home for our group! The place is beautiful and meticulously well-kept inside and out! The bedrooms are well configured for a large group. The garage is huge with room to park and there is plenty of space inside and out for people to hang out. The kitchen is a little sparse, no potholders, foil and limited equipemnt but otherwise outstanding!

Nice property

The house was great! The area is really nice and we used it as a launch pad to go explore the near by national parks. The owner was really great about responding to questions quickly.

Lots of seating areas for a large group to eat and play games! All the beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. No complaints from our family!

Our family felt very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. There is not enough cutlery in the kitchen for 11 people. The cushions in the outdoor area should be cleaned urgently (stains/animal hair). The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the time very much.

If I could reserve this lovely home again, I definitely would! The house was clean, inviting and filled with the necessary amenities. The host was readily available and provided information as needed. The grounds were well-kept and, if it was not winter, we would have used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, patio and barbecue! We are a Canadian family who were in Clovis for a couple of family events. We had 13 people in the home for half our stay and 11 for the rest. This was made up of three different families. The home worked perfectly for our needs! Each family shared a bathroom and we had enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. We spent lots of time in the large yard and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pong pong table and pool. We were supplied with plenty of towels, all bathrooms had blow dryers and hair shampoo/conditioner and soaps. Very nice touch. We found we the kitchen was well equipped for us to make our breakfasts/lunches etc. Dish soap, kitchen supplies were included. There was both a coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The garage was available for parking. We will definitely stay there again. A great place to stay as a home base when enjoying all the attractions in the Fresno and surrounding area.

Nice house, good Location for visiting Yosemite & Sequoia NP

Our family rented this home with another family for our 7 day stay in Fresno. There were 10 of us total. There were plenty of beds for everyone and room to relax. We enjoyed grilling, utilizing the ping pong table, gazebo and pool. Slight inconvenience that the pool vacuum/cleaner wasn’t able to be removed and the kids had to swim around it. The house was clean and furnished well and was in a nice neighborhood, in close driving proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks were within an hour+ drive. The owner was responsive on questions, and we would recommend this home.

Relaxed family stay

My party of 12 with a couple toddlers had a relaxed weekend here. This property is average with decent sized rooms and enough bathrooms. The outdoor amenities are old and aging. The jacuzzi did not heat up to its max; sauna took a while to warm up and could barely fit one comfortably. No propane tanks neither in the grill nor the patio heater. Outdoor grill was unusable, greasy with cobwebs. Pool wasn’t heated and did not end up using it. We stayed indoors for the most part; so these issues did not bother us much. Decent location with access to a couple parks nearby and grocery stores.

Nice large home for our large family

A large home with plenty of space both indoors and out. Check in was easy and owner allowed us to check in an hour early which was super helpful after a long day of travel. A little disappointed to find we had to do some cleaning (refrigerator was dirty, found dirty rag left in sink and floors had clearly not been swept on first floor) when we arrived. Outdoor area needed to be cleaned as well for our family dinner. Seemed.weird that we were prohibited from removing the automatic pool vacuum - would be nice if owner would remove it himself.if worried about damage to pump (which as pool owners we understand can happen) - but it kept us out of the pool even on a 90+ degree day. All in all a nice place that met our needs as a large family.

Excellent experience start to finish!

My family and I gathered here for my daughter’s wedding. Everything about the house was perfect. The pool created an amazing environment for everyone to to gather and relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked and everything was clean and very well-kept. Highly highly recommend to large groups and families who are coming together for a vacation or an event. Could not recommend them more.

Family Vacation

Great location! We stayed for a week and planned day trips to Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. We also went to San Francisco one day. Clovis was a great central location for us. The pool was great for the kids to relax after long days at the Parks, and David was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place for large families.

90’ Clovis and no AC

Check in was easy. Upon entering the property, zero instructions pertaining to anything in the house besides the WiFi password. No welcome, no rules besides no smoking placards all over the place. No tv instructions, no check out instructions. Check in around 6 pm, 90’ outside. No functioning AC in the home. Both thermostats were non responsive. Tried to contact property manager, VRBO app would not load their contact info, nor would it load the listing. Luckily for me, when the check in code link was sent, I screenshot it or we would have never been able to enter the premises. Since the house was sweltering, we noticed in the garage there were 4 or 5 portable stand alone AC units along with small box fans in every closet. So we put the fans in open windows once it cooled off outside to try and suck in some outside air. Not what I was paying for when the house is advertised as having forced air. Ridiculous!!! Upon being able to finally contact David, he flat out denied the AC not working. Yet the portable AC units in the garage and box fans in each room tell a different story. What a disgrace.
