Venez tomber amoureux de tout ce que Cape Charles a à offrir. Détendez-vous dans cette maison familiale vivante du littoral, à quelques pas de la plage de Cape Charles ou des magasins de l'avenue Mason. Profitez du porche enveloppant avec de nombreux sièges.

Entrez par la porte d'entrée et regardez la télévision dans la salle familiale avec de nombreux sièges confortables. Ou promenez-vous dans la toute nouvelle cuisine et prenez une collation à manger dans la salle à manger ou dans une salle à manger plus formelle avec un mur à rabat. Derrière la cuisine se trouve une grande buanderie avec une machine à laver, un sèche-linge et une salle de bain complète. Continuez jusqu'à la cour pour vous installer à l'extérieur près du gril. Vous revenez de la plage? Rincez-vous dans la douche extérieure avant de retourner vous détendre. Beaux planchers de bois franc partout.

À l'étage, il y a 4 chambres et une autre salle de bain complète. La chambre 1 dispose de 2 lits superposés et peut accueillir 4 personnes. Les chambres deux et trois ont chacune un lit Queen et la chambre quatre a deux lits jumeaux.

C'est une maison sans animaux.

Wonderful Place to stay at in Cape Charles!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children (ages 11-13) and loved it. Check in and out was easy. The location was perfect and we walked to the beach and to all restaurants (we personally never felt like we needed a golf cart to get around). Wonderful backyard to hang out in and great open kitchen layout. The house was clean and we had no issues at all. We would definitely come here again!

It was okay

We’ve been coming to Cape Charles for about 6 years now, and this was our least favorite property that we’ve stayed in. The location is great and the house is generally nice (the kitchen is especially great). The four bedrooms were nice for our family of 5. But we had multiple issues that were quite inconvenient, especially considering the cost of stay. The upstairs bathroom tub drain was clogged (property mgmt resolved this with Drano when we notified them). The downstairs bathroom shower was infested with small flying bugs and the shower was completely unusable. Property mgmt came and treated with bug spray, which didn’t resolve the problem but left horrible toxic fumes for the remainder of the week. So the downstairs bathroom was basically unusable. There were also ants throughout the kitchen and laundry area when we arrived. While the house has AC, two of the upstairs bedrooms do not have any sort of air flow and it was very warm at night. Even an oscillating fan would be a huge improvement. We had a couple other minor inconveniences that I won’t bother listing, but we were disappointed and I don’t think we’ll return to this property in the future.

The house was the perfect size for our family with room to spare. We loved sitting on the front porch to drink coffee in the morning and relax after staying up late for wedding activities. On Sunday we walked to breakfast and had fun shopping. The location was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again for another wedding next year.

We enjoyed the size of the kitchen and dining room, and the location of the house was nice.

Can't beat being just over a block from the beach and from shops so location is spot on. Love the space, the amenities and since we decided to cook more at home this year, the kitchen-eating space was exactly what we needed. Already have a hold on it for next year! Hallmark Moments

Our family stayed at this property for Thanksgiving for the last two years. We enjoyed preparing meals in the spacious kitchen, playing board games, walking to the beach for spectacular sunsets and spending quality family time by the outdoor fire pit. Love the location, Cape Charles holiday traditions and the homes lovely decor.

Great Location - A walk to the Beach with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the Walk to the Beach! Cost to rent for a day on the high side during Pandemic could be lower. Family time well spent over the weekend. Highly recommend for family reunion and other opportunities. Burner: Cost included for customer to pay for cleaning although we cleaned the house before leaving $200 not fair.
