▪️This property comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 4 guests if needed.
▪️ To prevent the breaker from tripping, please do not use more than three appliances at the same time.
▪️Surveillance and Recording Devices on the Property: Video recording devices installed on this property are limited to monitoring the exterior areas of the home. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell that includes an exterior security camera directed toward the front entryway. Please note that the camera does not capture any interior spaces. The device records both video and audio when motion is detected. Additionally, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed throughout the property for safety.
▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.
▪️The laundry room is available for stays of 7 nights or longer. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided, so guests will need to bring their own if they plan to do laundry during their stay.
▪️To avoid any confusion for future guests, we’d like to clarify that the owners reside on the main level of the property, while the guest accommodations are exclusively on the basement with a private entrance. The owners have shared that their presence has proven helpful in past emergencies, allowing them to respond quickly and ensure guest safety and comfort.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
