Welcome to your home away from home! This property offers all the comforts of home but elevates your stay with extras you wonât find every dayâlike a private theater room, fully stocked game room, and more. This charming coach house features two comfortable bedrooms and offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. With free parking included, youâre just moments from local attractions and a quick 15 minute train ride to downtown Chicago.
The Space
- This detached coach house includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and workspace on the main floor, plus a finished basement with laundry, a game room, and a theater room.
- The front porch has shades that can be lowered for privacy, and the backyard offers private outdoor seating. Parking is available in a shared tandem driveway, with a limit of two vehicles per stay.
- There are stairs to reach the front entrance and another set to access the basement. The basement is fully finished, but some areas have lower ceiling heights, which are marked with signage.

We have been together for 8 years and married since September 2024. We have lived in the Chicago area for the past 3 years. We love spending time with our cats, going to local cafes, and exploring new neighborhoods. We are excited to embark on the new adventure of being short term rental hosts!
