Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans un condo luxueux récemment décoré, à moins de 125 marches de la plage. Cette unité est entièrement sur le thème de la plage que votre famille adorera dans un très petit complexe de 4 unités.
Restez avec nous et vous ne voudrez plus jamais retourner dans de grands complexes ou de grands hôtels!

Le condo offre des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un nouveau canapé-lit West Elm avec chaise (regardez la vidéo pour une démonstration sur la facilité de déplier le dormeur), 2 nouvelles chaises pivotantes à bascule et 2 chaises Poof permettent de nombreuses options dans votre salon. La nouvelle grande table à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec un tout nouveau matelas à mémoire / gel que vous adorerez! Grand dressing, salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. La 2e chambre a un lit queen, un placard et dans le couloir de la 2e salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.

Le placard à linge contient une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables. - Veuillez noter que la laveuse est petite et nécessite un léger soulèvement de la porte pour fermer et verrouiller.

Le divertissement comprend un téléviseur intelligent Samsung 65 pouces 4K connecté au WIFI pour vos options de streaming avec un lecteur DVD. Le téléviseur dispose d'une barre de son qui sert également de haut-parleur de streaming musical lorsqu'il est associé à votre appareil (téléphone) via Bluetooth ou WIFI.

Nous sommes sûrs que vous apprécierez ce spacieux condo en famille et entre amis! Ce condo se distingue par son emplacement, son accès facile à la plage avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la piscine depuis le balcon. Le stationnement réservé hors rue permet à 2 voitures d'économiser les tracas de s'assurer que vous avez une place de stationnement. Les meilleures plages du Texas sont bien entretenues et pleines de vie, d'excellentes options de pêche hauturière, de kitesurf / planche à voile de classe mondiale, du parachutisme en tandem, du parachute ascensionnel, de l'équitation, des parcs aquatiques, des centres d'observation des oiseaux / tortues et une salle de cinéma sur les mêmes blocs que le condo!

L'accès à la plage se trouve directement de l'autre côté de la rue, marchez quelques pâtés de maisons au nord sur la plage pour trouver le bar de plage et le restaurant Wanna Wanna! Plus bas sur la plage, vous rencontrerez le plus grand pont de plage du Texas à Claytons qui a des feux d'artifice tous les vendredis et samedis soirs à partir de 9h15! Marchez vers le sud sur la plage jusqu'au Palms Cafe pour une cuisine raffinée et de superbes vues!

Notre accès à la plage est moins achalandé que la plupart de ses maisons principalement familiales et en bord de mer. Les grands complexes sont plus au sud et les grands hôtels plus au nord. Profitez du service de navette gratuit des îles pour vous déplacer dans la ville ou prenez l'un des taxis de l'île qui proposent des courses similaires à Uber. Les sentiers pédestres / cyclables sont bien aménagés et offrent un excellent accès au vélo dans toutes les limites de la ville, tout est proche, alors sortez et explorez! Ce condo et son emplacement sont parfaits pour des vacances vraiment agréables.

Lovely beach house!

My husband, 2 little girls and I, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. The downstairs units had super nice guests in them and parking was easy! The place is also very comfortable and perfectly decorated for the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing get away

We decided last minute to get away. This is an amazing location just steps from the beach. Home is equipped with just about everything you would need. Wonderful setup perfect for our group.

Beautifully decorated comfortable Getaway place

The owner Rob and his wife have a lovely place close to a beach access. Just cross the street that runs along the beach properties and you can walk down the beach for good exercise. It’s has some interesting features inside such as drinking water dispenser, Ninja indoor grill, & well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels! Beautiful rugs with turtle designs to go with the turtle pictures in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable!!Rob is an excellent communicator. If we had questions or comments, he answered them almost immediately or within a very reasonable time.Definitely would recommend this place for the comfortable extras it has, for the reason price.

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing vacation. Hurricane Beryl was a threat and Ron kept contact with me and adjusted the dates to make sure all was clear. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. (Even a collander and measuring cups) Recommend you do a dolphin cruise! Everyone has voted for a revisit!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property. Everything was just as pictured or better! Extremely clean, very comfortable beds, fantastic location, and all the amenities of home. We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever came back. Rob was excellent at communicating with us, and check in and check out was very easy.

Perfect location

The size and location were absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. The place had everything you could possibly need annd more. Kitchen was very well stocked with every anppliance you could need. Rob was very quick to answer any question and give suggestions. Being 3 seniors, we did a lot of walking the beach, also walking to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Even though we only used the pool and hot tub a couple times , both were clean and heated nicely.

First South Padre Trip

We had a very good time. The condo was as described with all we needed for our stay. The bus system was excellent, and the drivers were friendly and helpful as we acquainted ourselves with the island. There are many great restaurants and entertainment options. All in all, a great stay.

Perfect Spring Break with the kids!

Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, linens, beach supplies. Bed was very comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. The pool is perfect - heated so temp was very comfortable and it has a lot of shade in the late afternoon when you need a break from the sun. Hot tub was nice because we had a couple of cooler days as well. Decor is also very nice which was a nice bonus to a beach vacation. Host was very responsive. Wonderful stay, we will absolutely come back here when we visit SPI.

Amazing!!!

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had stopped prior to arriving to pick up information from the visitors center which was completely unnecessary as the owners had everything we needed from suggestions on restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and again. Next time, I would pack less.

We enjoyed our time at SPI at this well appointed condo. There was some construction happening but the owner was very communicative and worked with us and the contractor to ensure the pool was available and noise kept to a minimum. We really appreciated that. While chairs and other beach items were available, next time I’d bring my own but the Neso beach tent they had was awesome. Going to get one ourselves! We had a great time, and loved just having to share a pool with just a few families vs many in a larger unit.

Adorable condo

The inside was amazing! Loved the decor. Bed was so comfortable in king size room and im picky. Pool was nice. Nice neighbors. Only downside was construction everywhere. On the back side by the pool for a balcony and then the entire street. Literally 4 out of 7 days with a jackhammer. Not that it was the host fault, but it just impacted our stay. Other than that we had a great time!

Great Condo!

My family and I loved this condo! It was a very short walk to the beach. The back balcony also gave us an amazing view of the beach. Everything needed for a beach vacation was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pants, plates, a ninja air fryer, etc... so we didn't have to eat out the entire stay. The owner, Rob was very considerate and communicated with us when Hurricane Beryl was headed our way. He was willing to work with us if we wanted to leave a day early. We kept an eye on the weather and were fortunate nothing bad came our way. As a matter of fact, we extended our stay an extra night, which made it a full week there. Our kiddos did not want to leave, lol. We also took advantage of doing a dolphin tour with "Captain Rob" and he made sure we saw dolphins. 😊 We use VRBO a lot and it's our 4th trip to SPI. You can def tell the owners care and pay attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend this place and certainly stay again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Best Condo in South Padre!

We have been to SPI 4 times, including a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. My little one wanted to stay there and complained the entire week before we arrived. Once she saw Rob's condo, she loved it. She is still telling everyone about how great it was. This condo was by far the best equipped that we have ever stayed in, it was also the most spectacular. The home is really well decorated, makes you feel at home. Everything that you could ever want in a condo is there (plenty of towels, silverware, dishes (literally everything that you will need), coffee machine, Keurig, bogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon for hauling stuff to the beach, dehumidifier, etc). You could literally show up with only your clothes. Other than this, the things that we liked most about this condo were - Really close to the beach - Fantastic view from the balcony (made morning coffee time that much better) - Pool and Hot Tub - Really, really nice furniture and decorations - Great location - Automated locks made access simple - Rob thought of everything that you could possibly need Also, if we had questions, Rob was quick to respond to us. In our opinion, this was the best place that we have ever stayed, period.

Bright and beautiful!

Our family visited South Padre just after the 4th of July holiday weekend, and it was nothing short of amazing! This condo had just been renovated by the new owners, who did a superb job of making it feel like home with a classic and sophisticated beach theme. The living room was nice and comfy with a good supportive couch that pulled out very easily when it was time for the kids to go to bed. There was plenty of seating with the bar stools, couch, bean bag cubes, and dining chairs so we could all congregate in the living area comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals while on vacation and the grill on the balcony worked great! (Look for the grilling utensils in the oven warming drawer). But my favorite part of the condo was the dining area. It was so nice to have all 6 of us sitting at the same table together enjoying meals. The love seat bench was a big hit with the kids! We (the kids, rather) were up pretty early each morning, as sunlight streams through the glass block windows each day. We didn't even have to turn on any lights in the house, everything just glistened. It was lovely! As far as location goes, this condo is just a hop,skip, and a jump from the beach access. So convenient! We enjoyed having some extra beach mats and boogie boards to use while at the beach, thanks to the supplies stored in the basket by the door. What a nice touch! There are showers in the pool area to rinse off the sand from the beach. We found this to be easier than rinsing off our feet at the door to the condo. The pool was very relaxing, as we were the only ones using it during our stay. So it truly felt like a private home! We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was nestled in a shady corner of the pool area and looked very inviting! Since it was our first trip, we checked out a couple of the places around town that the owners suggested. They had a nice binder with different activities and restaurants to try. The binder also helped us as we were getting ready to leave, as the check-out procedures were conveniently kept right there! The only thing I would change about the trip would be to stay an extra day. We loved it so much, the time just flew by! We will definitely return to this condo for our next trip to Padre!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was located in a prime location. It was very safe and a short walk to the beach. It had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and truly was a very short walk to the beach itself. The host was amazing.

Great property with Easy Access to Beach

The condo was exactly as pictured (I think even the 2nd room is more recently updated than the photos). Really cute and right across from the beach with really easy access! Had top notch amenities for cooking and having coffee inside. Loved having the cold/how water dispenser! I also really appreciated all the beach accessories that came with the rental- it made it very easy to just pack necessities. The water-hose and tiny tub on the porch was handy in cleaning stuff off before coming into the condo. Rob and family have great recommendations in a binder inside, which made planning activities and meals really easy. I would definitely stay here the next time I find myself in South Padre Island!

Rob visited South Padre for the last 10 years to take advantage of the world class windsurfing and kiteboarding. He grew up in Southeast Minnesota and moved to Clear Lake Iowa after college, eventually making home in Minnesota until moving to Austin, Texas in 2014.

Holly quickly fell in love with South Padre and has learned to Kiteboard as well. She came to Austin, TX by way of Dallas, her home town, and has traveled the world with the company she started and manages developing leaders in business. She enjoys live music, kiting, SUP, biking, scuba diving, and new adventures.

We now live across the bay in Laguna Vista, Rob has his Captains license and offers boat charters for hire - specializing in finding dolphins cruising shorelines and interesting homes on the bay.

Rob and Holly are both IKO certified kite instructors and provide Kiteboarding and Wingboarding lessons in the bay with boat support. Combine your stay with a package deal and discounts on Boat for hire or wind sports!

As Renters we fell in love with this condo and purchased it to make our own little slice of paradise in the spring of 2018.

The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and surrounding palm trees. Better yet, it has a straight on view of the ocean's surf! From this balcony you will feel the sea breeze and hear the waves pounding the shore while an unobstructed ocean view will calm your soul.

From your front door, it's just 125 steps to the warm sandy beach that you have been viewing from the balcony.

We are centered in the middle of South Padre and believe it is the ideal location on the island. The small 4 unit complex has a homey, private feel while the view and easy access to the surf compares to much more expensive beachfront large complexes.

We found its just so easy to walk or bike down the designated paths, hit our favorite beach bars, restaurants, and live music from several venues.
Our favorites include Wanna Wanna for fresh ceviche which is only 2 blocks away and nice beach walk. Palms Cafe is also on the beach in the opposite direction and provides great breakfasts and dinners. On the Laguna Madre side of the island, sunsets are hard to beat from Laguna Bobs, BackYard Louie's, Lobo Del Mar, which all have live music!

The island also boasts the best Bird watching center in Texas - check it out!
Birds not your thing ? Check out the near by Turtle center or catch one of 4 movies playing at the theater that is on the same block ($5 Wednesday specials)

The family will enjoy our heated pool that is shared between the 4 condo's in this complex. Lounge chairs and grill sit alongside of the pool in a private fenced backyard with palm trees surrounding the area - a very relaxing place to spend time when not at the beach.
