Stay on the bay at La Solana #109! This elegantly decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is perfect for friends, family, or a romantic getaway for two! The condo features a spacious living room, equipped with comfortable sofa and loveseat surrounding a large flat screen TV. The elongated kitchen is fully stocked and provides ample counter space for preparing delicious vacation meals. You and your guests will have the choice between the Master bedroom and a guestroom. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, TV, work station, and an attached private bathroom. The private bath has a walk-in shower and entails an oversize vanity mirror. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and Twin with Twin trundle bed, and TV. The condo also features cable/internet/WIFI and a washer and dryer for guest use. Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the bayside patio, drifting in the sparkling swimming pool, or fishing from the private pier! La Solana #109 also comes with a boat slip* that can accommodate small fishing boats or jet skies. It is not recommended for larger boats, however, there are marina services nearby. 

*Boat slip accommodates shallow water boats only (approximately 8 ft. wide x 18 ft long). Bumpers recommended.*

The condo is well kept and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has modern appliances and all the utensils you need. Great access to the pool and the docks. I definitely will return to this condo and I recommend this condo to anyone visiting S. Padre Island.

Beautiful and spacious condo with everything you need. Loved the view of the bay sunsets and having access to fish off the pier on the property along with the firework show we could see from the property as well. Great experience and definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place on the island.

Upon arrival, we were able to get settled late with no issues. The next day when checking in, I noticed we didn't have a grill. When making the reservation, I was told a grill was onsite. This was not the case but SPI rental staff fixed that error. They were also accommodating at our requests. Will definitely recommend.

Great location on the bay. 100 feet from boat docks. Very well furnished with all the needs for a complete property. It’s the most comfortable lodging we have ever had. HD Big Screen TV. Very close to lots of good restaurants on the island. Parking outside our front door. Very clean. Will come again. Best rental we have had on the island with pool across the parking lot.
