Recently renovated, this open-floor plan studio floats above the rooftops of a charming neighborhood, serving as your tranquil retreat in the heart of the city—Apple, Sony, and downtown Culver sit just minutes away. Amenities and conveniences are at your fingertips: 20 minutes from LAX, Whole Foods 10 minutes away + Pavilions across the street, and Starbucks within walking distance.

You'll enjoy the bright, modern decor of the loft, filled with original artwork and designer touches. The vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light and fill the loft with airy calm. The queen bed nestles into a nook flanked by artwork and a view of the treetops.
The full kitchen packs stainless steel appliances as well as all the kitchen essential and the heated bidet toilet seat provides a welcome touch of luxury in the bath.
The living room stocks an Ekornes Stressless recliner for your lounging or working needs (the attached laptop desk will help with the latter), as well as a couch that folds out to a full-sized bed. The 4K TV comes with Netflix access and a JBL 2.1 sound system.
Be sure to enjoy the SoCal weather in the sitting area under the namesake Lemon Tree. (You may even share the lemon if they're in season!)
