Beckie was a life saver. The original VRBO I had booked was not available leaving me to find a rental asap and she was quick with her communication and got us into this condo the very next day. The condo is just a short walk to the beach. The only thing we didn’t know was you have to pay 20 per wrist band per person over 2yrs and 25 per vehicle parking pass. The condo is great and it had everything you could need while on vacay.

Great relaxing vacation

The property was as advertised. It was clean and worked well for 4 adults. The property is located halfway in between the pool and the ocean, which is great. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time, the house looked exactly like the pictures, very roomy and amazing spaces for the children! We were right beside the beach and even used the pool! Mrs. Becky was very good at communicating with us! We enjoyed it very much!

Great place to stay

The home has everything we need and in place. We were very pleased with the cleaningness of the unit. One of the things we liked the most is the location. It was great to walk everyday to the beach. Highly recommend this home to anyone.

Perfect

This home was absolutely perfect for my family of 7. There is so much to do on the property for the kids and the beach was a very short walk which was great!! We stay in PCB a couple times a year and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great 2 Story Condo!

We loved this condo and would love to come back! We loved that the condo was nice, clean, and spacious located in the perfect spot. Its is located very close to Horizon South's front entrance, right across the street from the beach. Which was wonderful and convenient. Communication with Beckie and Horizon South was smooth and easy. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Peaceful Stay

Everything was great. We were right across the street from the beach. The area was nice. We were close to restaurants & attractions. The only thing that I didn’t like was the construction work that was going on directly in from of the unit and the fees you have to pay for parking and the added fees to visit the pools and other attractions on the property. But overall the stay was wonderful and Mrs. Beckie was a pleasure to book from. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had.

I do apologize for the construction mess but as any construction project goes it is way behind schedule 😞. With improvements comes a little pain I guess. Appreciate your rating and pls reach out for a repeat renter discount 😊. Next year the construction will be complete and it will be much nicer.

What a treat!

We were very pleased with our first experience with this unit and the complex. The unit was spotless and well appointed. We were very happy with the unit's accessibility to the beach and to the pool, and we were most appreciative of the use of the wagon that is left at the unit! We are already checking calendars for next year!

May 24-June 4 2020 | 3 adults

This unit was perfect for a much needed vacation! It looks exactly as described. From the front gated entrance (front beach rd) the unit is very easy to find. Front door has secure area for chairs, sand toys, etc. Kitchen has all of the supplies you will need to prepare your meals. Both bedrooms & full baths are upstairs. Master bedroom is spacious & bed is very comfortable. Ceiling fan turns on but does not work well. Not really a big deal. Guest bedroom was comfortable & decorated beautifully-matches guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have large, adjoining balcony. Very convenient. Master bedroom also has an additional small balcony. Living room was cozy & half bath was very convenient to the back patio. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Especially using the charcoal grill for easy meals. Very private, which we loved. Patio also has a gate that we used daily for easy access to the beach. It was a little stubborn to close, but nothing too difficult. Took approximately 2-3 minutes to easily walk to the beach. Felt very safe walking to & from beach at any point in the day. Gated community was exceptionally quiet, yet super friendly neighborhood. We would highly recommend this unit as well as staying at Horizon South.

Fantastic Week at PCB

We had a great week at PCB! Family of 5 with kids age 13, 11, and 7. The unit was clean and provided a great space for our family. The 3 kids shared the two double beds in the guest room and it worked well for us. Kitchen is big enough and loaded with items needed to make your own meals. Lots of games played at the kitchen table. Beckie was super fast to respond to any questions before the trip and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Unit is located very close to the gate to the beach. Just a short walk across the street to the sand! Coconuts restaurant is a minute walk away. Many other restaurants, pizza, ice cream, within walking distance or short drive. If you’re going to stay at Horizon South during the current Covid period, the condo association will not lend out golf putters, horse shoes, pool cues, or shuffle board equipment so you will want to bring your own. We brought our own putters and the kids loved playing mini golf every single day. We bought horseshoes at Dicks and enjoyed that as well. One of the 4 pools is heated so that was the popular pick over our stay. Plenty warm to enjoy on a cooler day and a large hot tub next to the pool. We enjoyed the basketball court as well, just bring your own ball. This area of PCB was less congested than the areas more to the East that had more high rise condos. The beach wasn’t very crowded by us either which was a plus. Lots of great seafood restaurants within a few minutes drive! We had a great week and would love to go back. I would recommend this place to a friend. Thank you Beckie!

VACATION SUMMER 2021

Beckie Nichols was a great help. I had to text her with a few questions and she returned my text immediately. The vacation rental is in a great location. It is just walking distance to the beach. It has a very nice eating place with in just a short walking distance with a Delicious breakfast. Also, they did not end breakfast until 12 noon which was definitely a plus for my family whom loves to sleep in. Really the only thing missing that would have improved my stay was a mirror in the master bed room up stairs. I'm only 5'3" and the mirror in the bathroom was too tall for me to look at the outfit I decided to wear for the day, so a body leaning wall mirror would have been great. We will definitely be staying here again, especially now that we have been offered a discount for the next stay. Thank you so much for making our vacation awesome and relaxing. Fantastic

Stayed for a week, wished I could have stayed longer. Everything you need is here, probably one of the best appointed kitchens I have seen. Super spacious, 2 stories, 2.5 baths, great comfortable beds, even the sleeper sofa was comfortable. 2 upper balconies (one is huge), huge lower outdoor area fenced with table and grill, with gate access. Beach wagon, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys...3 minute walk to awesome beach, pools, hot tub, restaurants, shops. Location Location Location. You won't go wrong with this unit...it is absolutely exceptional for the money!
