Step inside to an inviting open living room, where a gas-burning fireplace flickers beside a cozy couch, two comfortable chairs, and a smart TV—the perfect setup for unwinding after a day on the mountain or the water. The space flows effortlessly into the warm, fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and counter seating for four, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or keep the cook company. Nearby, the dining table for six offers a great place to gather for shared meals or game nights.



When you’re ready for fresh alpine air, step out onto the deck, where you can relax surrounded by towering pines and the peaceful quiet of Tahoe’s natural landscape. Whether you’re visiting for adventure or tranquility, this charming mountain getaway gives you the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and cozy Tahoe ambiance.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a twin size bed, and a small child’s chair.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

-No street parking or parking on dirt.

- Do not park on streets during winter time as snow removal is not liable for vehicle damages.

- This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras:

(1) located at the front entry and actively monitoring the front parking entry.

(2) located at the back yard and actively monitoring the back yard and sliding door.
