Cute cabin in a great location

Stayed at the cabin for a few nights while snowing boarding at Sierra At Tahoe. Close location to the mountain, lots of good food options in town too. The cabin was a great space for my family.

Cozy cottage for spring break

This was the a great place to relax and recharge after snowboarding all day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was much appreciated. Nice and secluded from the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe but convenient to 3 ski resorts and the grocery store.

Beautiful cabin in the woods!

Absolutely LOVED this place. Very clean, very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and even a nice welcome basket with drinks and snacks! Loved star gazing from the hot tub. Easy check in and check out process. Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Tahoe!

Great place to stay near Carson pass

We planned a hiking extended weekend in the Carson Pass area. This home did not disappoint! Great comfy beds with nice linens. A well appointed kitchen, beautiful back yard. Wonderful responsive host. Highly recommend!

Clean, welcoming, very comfortable!

This was a great spot for us to relax and meet with nearby vacationing family. Host Deb and Art were easy to contact and very gracious and helpful. Fresh flowers and a welcome basket of goodies awaited us when we entered. Thank you for providing a “home base” for us to explore this beautiful Tahoe area!

Such a lovely cabin

For our second year in a row, we were able to stay here over MLK weekend. Everything went wonderfully. The owners are wonderful to work with, especially considering we received 4' of snow over the weekend! We will keep coming back, as it is our favorite place to stay in Lake Tahoe.

We just live it here

We have stayed here for several years now. The owners are absolutely fantastic to work with. There are always fresh flowers and a snack basket waiting when we arrive! The house is meticulously clean and maintained. And the location is fantastic for a quiet get away. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Quaint and comfortable

My boys and I enjoyed the cabin! It was the perfect fit for us. My boys enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I enjoyed the kitchen layout, as the boys hung out at the counter while I made dinner. Perfect locale for skiing and staying away from crowds.

A Gem!

South Tahoe Snow Central

Great spot in South Lake Tahoe central to all the best. We were able to conveniently ski at Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Sierra-at-Tahoe in one three day weekend and get the best of everything. Having space to spread out and relax was divine compared to the cramped condos at the resorts. And super easy drive anywhere in South Lake Tahoe. Will be back!

Beautiful Cottage

This cottage was so clean you could eat off the floor. Debbie was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly with all our questions. The cottage had everything a renter needed and more. The location was quiet. There is a grocery up the road. If we return to Lake Tahoe, we will stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Our stay at Christmas Valley was great! Although we had little contact with the hosts, you could tell that they had thought about our stay before we arrived. Due to traffic control, our 4 hour drive took 10.5 hours and arrived at 1:30am. Without asking, the hosts made sure that we didn't have any trouble finding their cottage, leaving the lights on inside and outside the house.Once we did get inside, the house was well decorated and clean. They had all of the kitchen supplies we needed and the bedrooms were welcoming. It was as if we were visiting our friends house for the weekend.We really enjoyed our stay there and would return again.

Perfect

Close to Heavenly Kirkwood snowmobiling and the casinos. Hot tub 104 and bubbling weather 20 and snowstorm. Kitchen was full of everything including the kitchen sink. Close to restaurants we found a great Mediterranean restaurant. Not one complaint.

Relaxing weekend in Tahoe

We had that fire roaring every night and it warmed the entire house. The hot tub was great. Debbie had it all warmed up and ready to use when we got there. TVs in every room was appreciated as was all the viewing options. The kitchen had everything we needed. The cottage was close enough to be able to get to everything within 20 minutes, but far enough out in the woods to avoid all the congestion in town. Debbie was responsive and addressed all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We had no issues with anything, which is exactly what I look forward to.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Very nice house for up to 4 people. Loved the hot tub with views of the mountains. Close to South Shore but not too close so nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

We chose this house for the location! Quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. But minutes from all the activities that visitors come here for, and that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. About 20 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. Grocery shopping 5 minutes from the cabin. Close to ski resorts, Sierra, Kirkwood, and Heavenly. Cross country skiing out your door. This is ideally a perfect couples getaway close to many outdoor activities. Very popular in summer for hiking and biking enthusiasts because of the back country roads and trail access. Perfect location for the Death Ride. About 15 minutes to Echo Lake.
