Beautiful cottage with great access to the ocean. Loved that it was dog friendly and without multiple flights of stairs! Incredible location to the boardwalk and some local eats! Highly recommend!

One of my favorite beach cottages ever! Perfect location, wonderful host, great view. Beautiful sunrises! Love the back porch. Has everything you need. Great outdoor shower. Everything was awesome and can’t wait to return!!

We loved our stay at Michelle’sHome . It was lovely inside with an amazing view . Michelle responded right away for any questions we had , and was very gracious throughout the whole stay . All of the amenities needed for your stay are also at her house . We will miss this house , and will definitely return again !!

Communication with Michelle was such a breeze. Location of Swabby Cottage can't be beat. Many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen appliances appeared to be fairly new. We loved being on the beach!

It’s the cutest beach cottage. Decorated so nicely and it had everything we needed. The private boardwalk to the beach is the best! We loved it so much!

We had the absolute best time at this wonderful gem on the beach! Michelle was amazing and the place was perfect. So easy to walk to everything, and the private beach access was incredible. The beach chairs and the hose on the walk back up were a great bonus as well! The house was stocked with everything you need for a terrific stay! We are very sad to be leaving today but we can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The host did a great job of communicating. The cottage was well supplied and very clean. It was a great to find something on the ocean that was quaint and cozy. We would love staying here again.

We had a wonderful time here and really enjoyed the location right near the boardwalk. We had very rainy evenings and had to spend more time indoors than expected, but we were able to make the best of it thanks to being right on the beach and so close to food. The place was small, and that was exactly what we needed to feel relaxed, especially since there were so many details/items available for us that we might have forgotten to bring. Thank you for having us and we appreciate your thoughtfulness of a rental property!

My family had a wonderful stay at Swabby Cottage. My favorite thing was how cozy and comfortable the cottage was (thank you for all the extra blankets). Everything was well stocked and clean. The location was perfect, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, yet also surprisingly quiet inside with everything going on around it. I appreciated how responsive Michelle was, communication was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We had a great stay at this beach cottage. The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy everything at the boardwalk.We did have a minor A/C issue around 11:00 p.m., but the host responded immediately (even though it was almost midnight!) and had it taken care of without any hassle. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We really appreciated the excellent hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved this little cottage!! The listing was totally accurate and the ocean front location was great. The large deck overlooking the beach was really nice as were all of the amenities inside the house. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living area as well as the kitchen. The kitchen was well-equipped with all new appliances, cookware, basic spices, etc. There was a plentiful supply of towels (both for indoor and the beach) and lots of hooks throughout the cottage for hanging towels, clothes, etc. We will definitely stay here again!!

The Swabby Cottage was the best VRBO experience! So perfectly welcoming, so well equipped with all necessities plus extra touches, location was prime …and private beach access was the cherry on top. If we could sell our home and send for the pets we would just stay forever . Highly recommend this host and property.

Lovely authentic quaint beach cottage placed in the most perfect location to boardwalk amusement and restaurants within walking distance. Listing was accurate with fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, paper products, beach chairs, and towels conveniently provided. Drinking water and coffee bar delayed grocery trip until next morning - most appreciated! Quiet with comfortable beds. Beach access beside lifeguard station allows more peace of mind with children/teens who love the ocean. One minor/simple suggestion for cottage improvement - add mirrors to bedrooms so everyone doesn't rely on single bathroom mirror. I loved the authenticity of this older cottage and welcoming host. My family had a fantastic summer vacation! We would love to stay here again!
