We also understand how impactful it can be when key appliances are unavailable. The condominium community has experienced a temporary propane shutdown due to corroded gas lines - a situation managed by the HOA and affecting multiple units. While this is outside of our direct control, we have worked closely with the owner to help support guests by providing a plug-in oven and electric cookware. The home’s heating remains fully operational, as it is electric. We do see that our Guest Experience team stayed in touch with you throughout your stay to provide updates and support, and prior to your departure we shared details regarding a percentage refund of your total reservation cost. We are sorry that the follow-up afterward however felt unfinished. Your feedback has been shared internally to help us continue strengthening how we communicate and support our guests throughout their stay. While we wish your stay had felt different, your feedback genuinely helps us do better for future guests, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
