An ideal space for a family reunion or a memorable holiday celebration, this two-level home sits just above the sand of Rockaway Beach. A lovely little creek runs on the north side of the house, offering guests a bit of extra privacy, and the town's charming shops and restaurants await half a mile north. And whether you choose to spend your days beachcombing, surfing, or sunbathing, you'll always come home to a private foosball table, a gas fireplace, and a luxurious jetted bathtub in the master suite.

You can’t get a better location than this house that sits right on the beach and next to a small stream. The house is full of light with many windows that look out over the ocean. I particularly love the open kitchen/ living room floor plan. We had a wonderful weekend and we will plan to return to this property.

The property and home were gorgeous, and the communication with the host was fantastic. There were easily extra rooms to stay in for 10 people and a great kitchen to host that many as well.

The property was a spacious beachfront home with an incredible view of Rockaway Beach and the ocean with Twin Rocks in the distance. Adjacent to the house is a very close busy public-access foot path on one side and a small stream on the other. The grandchildren loved playing in the stream.Check in was delayed from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, which was very difficult for our young children. The host did offer a 100 discount off our 8,457.86 rental.The stone steps to the entrance are in disrepair and are a hint of the overall status of the home. The home retains much of its fading beauty but this is but a glimpse of decades past. The carpet was threadbare in spots. The large rugs had extensive electrical tape applied to each corner that failed to secure the curling edges. We moved a carpet from a bedroom to cover broken tile in the great room and avoid any potential injury.The door handle to the sliding glass door in the upstairs master bedroom was sitting loose in place with screws laying on the floor nearby, as another example of neglect to the home. Two of the bathroom drains were clogged and very slow. Two faucet valves had failed in the master bath.The kitchen was well-outfitted. The house was sparsely stocked with dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, garbage bags, etc. Several beds needed to be made. We had a wonderful time. Rockaway beach is great and the home located well, but this review should help other travelers be better prepared.

Numerous Property issues* No WiFi* Garbage full upon arrival* Property listed with AC, no AC, even though I confirmed 5 days prior to arrival and would have brought fans if we’d known* Propane tank almost empty even though we requested in advance that it be full for our first night. Had to drive to Tillamook to fill* Many windows had no screens, fall hazard with children* Sliding doors on beach side don’t lock, had to put a stick in it* Master bathroom sink not connected to hot water* Pee stains on door in second floor bathroom* Fan on stove doesn’t raise so set off smoke alarms multiple times* Front door needs repair, push handle doesn’t fully engage so need to slam into it to open. Kids got stuck outside multiple times* Primary issue is that the communication was mostly through an AI bot so we had no customer service. Only on the last day did we receive communication regarding the WIFI

Really beautiful home!

We loved staying here and enjoyed being right on the beach. The floor to ceiling windows made for excellent views of sunrise and sunset reflecting off of the water. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen is beautiful, however, we were only provided with 1 extra trash bag... Not enough. We also ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and washing detergent.

Great for a large group, beautiful view, and we enjoyed our stay. please note there is not AC or screens on the windows. not needed during our stay but I imagine peak summer would be nice to have. We were not allowed to enter the property till an hour after allowed time. which was annoying. was clean but not immaculate. the washer / dryer has a odor and doors in that room wer awkward and damaged. Hot Tub worked great and the fooseball table was enjoyed as well. We would stay again if we had another large group and not worried about the heat.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Oregon coast!

I highly recommend staying at this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautiful location to spend time with family, friends, or co-workers. There were spectacular ocean views from right inside the house, and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everyone at Vacasa was very helpful and friendly. Five stars all around!

Great beach

Great location with huge beach. Room for a lot of people. Kitchen was small for so many if you like to cook. Some bunks were a bit uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. Overall very fun place to be.
