The Space:

The breathtaking ocean views from this home can’t be beat. This nautical three-story home has everything you need out of a vacation home.



The main level of the home has an open-concept living room with a TV and wood burning fireplace, a dining room that seats six, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. When guests head downstairs they’ll find one bedroom, one game room with two beds for extra sleeping space, and a large hall bathroom that doubles as a laundry room. Up on the top floor, guests can relax in yet another living room. The couches face the ocean-view windows, making it the perfect place to take in the view, or take a nap while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. The top floor also has an additional bedroom, a bathroom, a mini fridge and a loft accessed by a ladder. The top floor also has access to two balconies - one on either side of the home.



Outside, enjoy hanging on the deck. A picnic table makes outdoor dining easy. Don’t forget to take a dip in the private hot tub for maximum relaxation.

Family vacation

The views were absolutely breathtaking!! The house was just as described. The only issue we had was parking two cars and a truck in the driveway. There was a ton of stairs, but definitely worth the climb. We most definitely would rent this house again.

This home has beutiful views but has many stairs to enter the home. I would not recommend it for older people or those with any physical limitations.The home was clean and well furnished.There is no access to the beach from this home. It is about a four block walk to beach access down a steep road with no sidewalks.

Beautiful view with opportunity for repairs

We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and we had almost all we needed. The house has seen some better days. Definitely has had its fair share of renters and it’s starting to show. Furniture is banged up, tiles are broken on the floor, and the pots and pans are of such poor quality we were wishing we had brought our own. We had the space our family needed and were comfortable enough, but will be looking around the area for a different place to stay next time with the hopes that it will be better kept. Our family would be happy to return if the house was updated.

Perfect for our girls trip

Went here with my friends. We loved the house & the layout. You cannot beat the breathtaking views. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing, during the day you had a wonderful view of the ocean and at night you can see all the stars. It was definitely one of my favorite places I've stayed at.

Great house!

Our family vacation was excellent and this house was all that it advertised...the only drawback was the steep drive...couldn't see oncoming traffic so one person had to go to bottom of drive to be look out.

Great Views

This was a nice home with great views. Location was good with outlet mall just down the street as well as good dining options. With the house up on a bluff overlooking the ocean, gave us an excellent vantage point for whale watching. The beach access was a short walk down the street. This was a great find.

We had a fantastic time in this home, the views are spectacular. The driveway is very steep and narrow.. so that can be challenging for more than one vehicle. We had continuous trouble with Wi-Fi. Overall we loved this home.

Great Place

First of all the view is amazing! Seriously one of the best parts of the house. Overall this is a great place to host a big group event. The beds were comfortable-there were lots of bathrooms. Nice kitchen- plenty of dishes. The pots and pans are old and the grill outside was GROSS. Also the WiFi cut in and out the whole time we were there. Overall we would stay here again!

Amazing!

Our stay was wonderful. The ocean views and sounds from the property are just what I was looking for. My favorite spot was the upper level living area and balcony. Breathtaking views. Walking down the hill to the nearest public beach access was very doable, as we are an able bodied family. Walking back up the hill was a bit more of a challenge, but again doable. Short driving distance to nearby grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

Great house with opportunities for improved

Nice house and great location. But water pressure was very low when taking showers. Also, this house is suited for families but oddly the base utensils in the house are sorely lacking (we found 2 spoons). Really consider addressing these ailly things. Also, if you're going to offer late checkout, dont charge your guests. Ridiculous to extend that kind of courtesy then turn arpund a request a payment. There is NO justtidication for this. Low class

The house of stay

It’s a beautiful home, but the access is very difficult. Our first problem we encountered was the dishwasher did not work at all. And then the coffee maker didn’t work right and made a big mess of water flowing all over before we got it Shut off and then one of the major doors stopped working. There is a wood stove, but no wood to use it. The cleaning people left a rag in the oven and we did not notice it until It had been preheating for a few minutes. I noticed the smoke coming out of it. I opened the door and found a burned cloth Underneath one of the hot coils. People on here have said how steep the driveway was, but I didn’t realize a Driveway could be that steep and narrow. The listing said that you can park two cars in the garage, but you could not get out of them If you did. The hot tub was great and the view, especially from upstairs are awesome..
