Maui Sunset est une fabuleuse propriété en bord de mer située à Kihei avec un paysage tropical luxuriant, une grande piscine chauffée pendant les mois d’hiver, un bain à remous, des barbecues au gaz, une salle de sport et des courts de tennis sur votre plage. Les clients reviennent ici année après année, ce qui en dit long sur la propriété. Faites de la planche à voile, observez les baleines, promenez-vous sur la plage et profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
L'unité A407 est une unité à l'étage 1 Bd 2 Bath avec une vue partielle sur l'océan, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, la climatisation dans la chambre principale et le salon, ainsi qu'un service sans fil haut débit gratuit. Il y a une télévision par câble / lecteur DVD et CD dans votre appareil. Remarque: Un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 300 $ est requis pour cette unité.

The host was very amenable. It was very clean and comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved - the broom handle was broken. A wall hanging fell off the wall and broke.

Great location, beautiful view

We stayed for a month. Was a great spot. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to so many amenities in Kihei. The unit itself is a bit ‘tired, could use some fresh paint, etc. But we were very comfortable and loved the view from the 4th floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company is amazing to deal with from start to finish. This is the second time and have referred them to friends . The condo is in great location bring oceanfront. The condo itself you could hear the elevator a bit from the bedroom. It is fully stocked with everything you need . Not sure if the bed was a queen it did seem a bit small. Very clean and stocked when we arrived . Didn’t use the dishwasher as it didn’t seem to clean very well, but lots of dishwashing detergent to use. Had a full soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Overall I would still stay here again .

Better Than First Impressions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On walking into the complex and the condo we were a bit concerned. Complex is older and suite 407 is a bit dated and could use a refresh. But after staying 5 days, it was pretty good. Quiet in the evenings, suite fit our needs nicely and we had no issues. Could still use an update though. And I'll add that the gym is pretty bad. The gym was one of my main reasons for booking here and I didn't use it at all. Just too small, dark and depressing. So, overall, not fancy, needs an updating refresh and the gym is terrible but it fit our needs.

Good choice to stay here.

The condo was near the beach, we did not have to cross a road to get to it, which we really liked. The location was great. There were several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The pool was very nice and there were several activities on the property that we appreciated..

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE 😡 AVOID THIS UNIT

Absolutely flabbergasted and utterly disappointed describes my experience at this Maui condo rental. The list of issues seemed never-ending: from a moldy Britta to a missing rice cooker and a dysfunctional can-opener that nearly injured my mother, it was a series of unfortunate events. The bedroom sink refused to drain, leaving us with standing water, a broken dresser drawer and disgusting heavily yellow-stained pillows and sheets, including the mattress. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, the patio glass shattered on our last night. It was evident that the unit hadn't been thoroughly inspected. But what truly shocked me was the complete lack of remorse from the rental management, they offered a patronizing description of the differences between a resort and a condo rental. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, and instead, I spent the entire vacation emailing the management, trying to rectify these issues. Honestly it was a nightmare. To make matters worse, the pool was filled with splashing diaper-wearing babies and entitled individuals who made it clear we didn't belong. As a Mexican family, we certainly didn't feel welcomed by other patrons. I strongly advise against giving this place any business opportunity. Save your money and seek accommodations elsewhere. I'm still furious about wasting my time and money here.

Some of the grouting in the bathrooms needs cleaning or redone and some updated painting. We would recommend a hard case cooler & beach umbrella. The kitchen was sufficient for what we required. Maui Sunset

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maui Sunset in Kihei. It was centrally located, a fabulous outdoor patio with a view of the ocean and pool. The bed, shower and kitchen were good too. The only small thing was checking in. We got there at 10:30pm. We called security to get they key. His records showed there was a lockbox to get in. There wasn’t. We got in, it just took longer than it needed to.

Nice location

Hello/ Aloha, This was my first visit to Maui. The check in instructions were pretty clear. Checked in late and there was security who helped with the check-in. The unit was clean and stocked well. The location was ideal closer to stores and was an easy commute to the places / tours of interest. There was hardly any noise from neighboring rooms. Hardly a 2 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were well lit and furnished. I was able to reach the property agent easily for any questions. Overall I had a pleasant stay. The only thing I found difficult was the door. It was pretty heavy to open for a person like me who is of small stature. I wouldn’t consider that a con, coz everything else trumps that aspect. Would highly recommend this unit. Also note I did not see a single roach during my stay which was my biggest fear while booking rental property in Hawaii.

Beautiful condo

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed for our vacation, especially since we didn’t want to spend every day eating out. We were able to make home cooked meals, wash our laundry and were right in front of a beautiful beach with along with a beautiful courtyard equipped with barbecue stations. Would definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends.

We came with our service dogs

The property manager was awesome with handling the service dog situation. The Board is not aware of equal access and ADA Law, however Jason (property) manager assisted us with such professionalism. Security had issues, however that seemed to have been a communication breakdown. The security guard was somewhat over the top with trying to enforce the “no dog policy”. He could have just called his supervisor, but was rude with questioning us. We realize not many people bring their service dog to Hawaii so we hope we educated people about the ADA and Equal Access for people with disabilities.

We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So our first night was a bit rough, because all of a sudden around 11 PM termites flew in out of nowhere. We were worried the rest of the trip that the room might have bugs, but it turned out that right next-door they were rebuilding the wall the following day and I think that was where they came from. We never had any other problem, as far as bugs the rest of the time. Our weather was mild so the few times we did use the AC in the living room it didn’t really do much, but the fan was fine since it wasn’t that hot. Overall this room was very nice. It was right in front of the elevator, which was convenient and only noisy times in the morning. All the amenities were nice; ie: two bathrooms, and every kitchen appliance you can imagine, foil, barbecue tools, literally everything except food. And Safeway was very close. Pool was beautiful and even though the beach is small and not really blue on this side of the island, you can still walk down into the water. The area was great and pretty centrally located. We had a wonderful experience. The food trucks for lunch were open. Listen half a block away with wonderful food. And we happened to be there on the fourth Friday and just a block away they have an entire evening swap meet. It was so fun. Also, we tried shaved ice at about 10 different places, and the best one happen to be the closest one to our hotel. It was “Peace Love shaved ice”.
