Relaxed stay over New Years.

Right on a quiet beach with nice sand. Really big swimming pool. Great location for dining out and grocery shopping. Easy check in and out.

Senior Trip

We rented this condo for our senior trip and had an amazing time! We were within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was updated and well stocked. Overall a great experience!

Amazing stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing stay for our first time in Maui! The property was clean and had many items we could use such as beach chairs, cooler, kitchen items, etc. It was also close to many shops and restaurants. The beach was not as expected (a little rocky), however it is just a short drive to other beaches. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at this location and love it. Everything was wonderful. The only comment I would have is that there was lots of noise due to repairs occurring on the landscaping. Jackhammering for a few days and when that wasn’t going on the lawnmowers, weed eaters and blowers were going. Also, it rained 7 out of 9 days but no one could help that! We did lots of relaxing!!!!

The beach was nice, and the grounds were well kept. Plenty of space at the pool while we were there. If you’re bringing 4 travelers, the hide-a-bed was not comfortable. Also, time to replace the beach umbrellas and towel holder on the lanai, as they were broken. Otherwise, the unit was well furnished and clean.

Great location, run down furniture

Wonderful location, beautiful grounds. Unit needs some TLC. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Couch and cushions and chair are very stained. Some minor dirt / uncleanliness on floors and bathroom but management company sent cleaner right away which we appreciate. Owners need to upgrade bed, pull out bed and clean the couch and it’s cushions. Also carpet was all tattered up.

June 2023 Stay

This is our 10 th year in Maui and our 5 th time at this complex. We absolutely love this complex and its surroundings . This is our 4 th day in B206. and my husband and I both have lower back issues from the terrible bed in the bedroom. We tried to use the pull out couch thinking maybe it eould help and its 100 times worse. This unit has been “ upgraded” but they forgot about the most important thing “sleep”. The pillows are a bit like shredded balls of cotton and terribly uncomfortable as well . We are going to Ross today just to buy a pillow .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on this rental is very good. Close to the beach and unit provides 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 coolers. Unit also provides ice packs in the freezes as well as cooking oils, sauces, and seasonings for cooking. Shopping center, Safeway and The Times which is an oriental super market are close by to the property. One disappointment on the trip is the unit has a smell to it and the king size bed mattress as well as the sofa bed mattress is not comfortable. Also unit shower needs a shower curtain cause when you shower all the water goes on the bathroom floor. Other then that everything was great.

So close to Perfect & so convenient

This unit was so well thought out & very convenient. We used the kitchen & Dishwasher heavily during our stay as we had an infant & it had just about everything we needed. The space looks more renovated than most units here which was a plus. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows and blankets were great for the pull out couch that my nephew and sister had to make use of. There is is a weird dip in the couch which made it Awkward to sit in. Parking was easy & had many available spaces through the day so you’re not spending a lot of time finding parking. Location is close to many things, such as a supermarket which is a two minute walk from our door to into the store. The pool was so great after a long day of being on our feet all day. The residents who live here full time were so friendly & everyone kept to themselves and you can easily social distance. I loved the laundry room on the bottom floor close to their office. Took under two hours to wash and dry our clothes. the only complaint I have is that A/C vents were not cleaned and very dusty when we arrived. Before turning on the air the light for “change filter” on & when we checked it was dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & we can’t wait to back to stay here again! Thank you for opening up your beautiful unit for people visiting!

Hale B- 206

This condo was very comfortable with all the extras needed to make our stay hassle free. Very well stocked kitchen. Roomy with Everything we needed. Coolers and beach chairs are a big plus. As well as beach towels. Bedroom had plenty of drawers and closet space. The courtyard garden was lovely in spite of the water features being under maintenance. Pool was as advertised. View of the ocean was better than we had hoped. The lanai although not huge was spacious. Weather couldn't have been better. The condo was centrally located on the island so we had a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. (Except to Hana, of course.) Good parking. Laundry room was OK except for method of payment. For those of us not excited about downloading another app and trying to figure out how to fund it. It would have been really nice to have a change machine for those quarters. Change in that area is hard to come by. That said, the machines did a good job. I found the condo to be clean. However my husband said that he did not think it was as clean as it should be. Perhaps I need new glasses. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Upon returning to the condo after a hard day of adventure my husband said "I feel like I'm home." Mission accomplished!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on Waiohuli Beach the condo is right on the beach and many morning we never saw another soul on our morning walk. Fantastic. The bed in our unit was way too soft and the bedding and pillows were substandard. Pots and utensils were fine but glassware and dishes were lacking. There were only 3 chairs at the dining table and the rug in the living area was really matted.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: easy check-in process, right on the beach, great location, quiet area. Next to Times grocery store.
