Relaxed stay over New Years.

Right on a quiet beach with nice sand. Really big swimming pool. Great location for dining out and grocery shopping. Easy check in and out.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on Waiohuli Beach the condo is right on the beach and many morning we never saw another soul on our morning walk. Fantastic. The bed in our unit was way too soft and the bedding and pillows were substandard. Pots and utensils were fine but glassware and dishes were lacking. There were only 3 chairs at the dining table and the rug in the living area was really matted.

This is our 10 th year in Maui and our 5 th time at this complex. We absolutely love this complex and its surroundings . This is our 4 th day in B206. and my husband and I both have lower back issues from the terrible bed in the bedroom. We tried to use the pull out couch thinking maybe it eould help and its 100 times worse. This unit has been “ upgraded” but they forgot about the most important thing “sleep”. The pillows are a bit like shredded balls of cotton and terribly uncomfortable as well . We are going to Ross today just to buy a pillow .

We had been told that there was going to be power washing in preparation for painting but we were not told ahead of time that the painting would start while we there.

The only comment I would have is that there was lots of noise due to repairs occurring on the landscaping. Jackhammering for a few days and when that wasn’t going on the lawnmowers, weed eaters and blowers were going. Also, it rained 7 out of 9 days but no one could help that! We did lots of relaxing!!!!

Perfect spot!

This condo was in the perfect location to explore all of Maui! It was well stocked, very clean, and had beautiful grounds. Being steps from the ocean was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two things made our stay difficult at this condo. First, the pull out sofa bed was in very bad shape with springs and support bars digging into my ribs and legs all night. The sofa cushions themselves were stained and uncomfortable. Another reviewer mentioned this sofa bed issue and the rental agency mentioned getting a new bed but this has not been done. Second, there are two ACs , one in the bedroom and one in the main room. Both are very loud and work poorly never reaching their set temps thus never shutting off. The afternoons are hot, outside temps in 90s, cooling the apt is difficult with these ACs. These days there are much more efficient and quieter single unit ACs made. So between the sofa bed and the loud AC - nights were exhausting.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was absolutely perfect (lots of local restaurants, fast food, food trucks, convenience/grocery stores, etc.) and the property was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed such easy and hassle free access to the beach and pool! The community was quiet and peaceful, no issues with noise or anything. Would highly recommend and will definitely be re-renting if we come back!

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The pool was huge and clean and the condo was comfy and nicely updated. Could use new air conditioners in the living room, but other than that, it was wonderful! Thank you!

Amazing stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing stay for our first time in Maui! The property was clean and had many items we could use such as beach chairs, cooler, kitchen items, etc. It was also close to many shops and restaurants. The beach was not as expected (a little rocky), however it is just a short drive to other beaches. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The beach was nice, and the grounds were well kept. Plenty of space at the pool while we were there. If you’re bringing 4 travelers, the hide-a-bed was not comfortable. Also, time to replace the beach umbrellas and towel holder on the lanai, as they were broken. Otherwise, the unit was well furnished and clean.
