• Trash: We kindly request that guests take out the trash upon departure.
• Home is fully furnished for a comfortable stay
• No AC (common for Big Bear’s mountain climate)
• Neighborhood enforces quiet hours
• Located in a peaceful, scenic area with close proximity to hiking, fishing, water sports, The Village, and ski resorts
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
• We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
• No music outside at all times
• No fireworks
• No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
• No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub
There are 6 security cameras on the property: Front patio (2), garage driveway, left driveway, backyard, and right walkway. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.
Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.
Please note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
