Welcome to Summit’s Trident! This updated classic Big Bear Cabin will provide you with all the modern comfort amenities with that charming mountain style. Ideal location, close to Snow Summit and everything else (Lake, Village, Bear Mountain, etc). One of a kind, outdoor covered patio with vaulted ceiling, lights, fan, hot tub, ping pong table, gas BBQ, fire pit, hammock in the trees, & cornhole. Awesome Game Room with pool table, TV, arcade (400+ games), & balcony, boards game & shuffleboard.

-Maximum number of guests allowed is 7
-Maximum number of cars allowed is 3
-There is a large shed for storing your gear and sleds are provided

-Plenty of parking with room for cars, boat, and RV
-Brand new whole house humidifier, furnace and tankless water heater
-3 TVs, all with Fire Sticks, Prime Video, and Netflix Accounts
-Whole house WiFi mesh system

The City of Big Bear requires that you take all your trash with you when you depart and drop off at one of the Clean Bear Sites: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. This is to avoid attracting wild animals.

When visiting during the winter, it is recommended to purchase trip insurance in case of road closures.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted outside and it not to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations will be issued.
