This amazing quiet and peaceful private 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Legian.
Villa Amalia is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a spacious 12 meter swimming pool.

Only 10 min walk from beach, only 3 minutes from shops and entertainment.
Whether it is shopping, dining or sunset drinks at the beach it is never more than a few minute walk away.

The Space:
The villa is beautifully designed and furnished to the highest quality. The vast living with open kitchen and dining is located in a beautiful traditional 150 year old wooden Javanese house, locally known as a “Joglo”, a remarkable wood carvings along the top and pillars.

Four large bedrooms are located on 2 levels in 2 separate buildings. All bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes, safe deposit boxes and LED TV’s.

The downstairs bathrooms are Mediterranean style with a separate rain shower and bathtub. At the far end of the bathroom is an indoor tropical garden.

The upstairs bedrooms have a private balcony overlooking the pool area and Joglo. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with natural stones and have a luxurious feel to them. All bedrooms are air conditioned, fitted with a HD-TV with international channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has an island bench with bar stools. Microwave, coffee machine, large double door fridge and any other appliances that you need to make your stay comfortable are provide in our villa.

The living is completely open and gives a nice breeze on those hot tropical summer nights. 4

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

Interaction with Guests:
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about anything. Just give the manager a call on the included villa phone.

The Neighborhood:
Our villa is located in a quiet lane just of Jalan Legian. The beach is a mere 10 minute stroll away and I can recommend all guests to enjoy those famous Balinese sunsets at the beach.

Getting Around:
Take a leisurely walk, hop on a scooter, catch a taxi or utilize the services of your own
If you wish to visit other area, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads! Give our Manager a call to organize these during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate). Please mention the extra person prior arrival,
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest,
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm,
- Parking is available for scooters or 1 small/medium size car.
